★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung! Die Ware kam leider beschädigt an.
Auf meine Reklamation wurde mir geantwortet, dass ich dies direkt beim Lieferanten hätte beanstanden müssen. Dies war aber nicht möglich, da ich den Wareneingang bereits unterzeichnen musste, bevor die Ware überhaupt vom LKW abgeladen wurde und ich sie sichten konnte! Der Verkäufer kam mir auf keinster Weise entgegen und ich sitze jetzt auf beschädigter Ware. Kein Kundenservice, keine Kulanz, nie wieder.
Auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!!
Caution! Unfortunately, the goods arrived damaged.
When I complained, I was told that I should have complained to the supplier directly. However, this was not possible because I had to sign the goods receipt before the goods were even unloaded from the truck and I could view them! The seller did not meet me in any way and I am now sitting on damaged goods. No customer service, no goodwill, never again.
Definitely not recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben einen Hundezwinger bestellt der wurde heute geliefert. Erster Eindruck sehr robuster und ordentlich verarbeiteter Zwinger. Jetzt heißt es nur noch auf besseres Wetter warten zum aufstellen. Bei Nachfragen immer schnelle und höfliche Antwort. Weiß jetzt schon wo wor unserer Dreibox fürs Auto kaufen werden.
Have ordered a dog kennel that was delivered today. First impression of a very robust and well-made kennel. Now all you have to do is wait for better weather to set up. Always a quick and polite answer to questions. I already know where to buy our three-box for the car.
