I	Isabella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im DM Kosmetikstudio am Alten Platz in Klagenfurt ist die Fußpflege eine Zumutung. Nachdem beim Nagelhaut schneiden das Blut floss und ich beim zu langen Hornhaut schleifen zurück zuckte, wurde mir gesagt „ Haben sie heute einen schlechten Tag, sie sind aber so empfindlich.“ Am Schluss dieser Behandlung wurden die Füße eingecremt- eigentlich wollte ich die Zehen ja noch lackiert haben, nochmals über die lädierte Nagelhaut mit Lackentferner - und ich schon wieder sooo empfindlich.Das Trocknen des Lack dürfte ich nicht mehr im Behandlungsraum abwarten, Frau Jana wollte ihre Mittagspause antreten ( dagegen ist nichts zu sagen), jedoch ist es eine Zumutung für die Kunden mit nackten Füßen im Kassenbereich zu sitzen. Ein bisschen Privatsphäre und vor allem Hygiene ist einzuhalten. Wo Kunden mit Straßenschuhen gehen sind Keime! DM wird mich zur Fußpflege nicht mehr sehen und Mundpropaganda sollte man auch nicht unterschätzen. In the DM beauty salon at the Old Square in Klagenfurt foot care is an impertinence. P	Patrick Gietl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne, relativ neue Filiale. Gut ausgestattet und nicht zu vollgeräumt. Frisörstudio ist sehr gut und kann online gebucht werden. Zu den restlichen Angeboten kann ich nichts sagen Nice, relatively new branch. Well equipped and not too crowded. Hair salon is very good and can be booked online. I can't say anything about the other offers

War eine größere, dicke Frau. Sehr schäbig. Für Männer sowieso nicht zu empfehlen. Lieber zu einem türkischen Barber. A couple of months ago. Billed me 2-3 euros too much and didn't ask if I want the bill. Should have insisted on it, well. Was a bigger, fat woman. Very shabby. Not recommended for men anyway. Better to go to a Turkish barber.

Ich hatte einen Termin für 17.40, bin aber erst 17.52 gekommen(natürlich meine Schuld). Bin aber Stammkunde der alle 2 Wochen dort ist und bin das erste mal zu spät gekommen. Aber jetzt kommt die Frechheit. Als ich angekommen bin hat die Dame, die mir die Haare schneiden sollte, gerade die Kundin die vor mir dran war noch abgehandelt, d.h. dass ich gar nicht rechtzwitig drangekommen wäre. Dann aber hat die Dame mich absichtlich ignoriert um jemand anderen ohne Termin dran zu nehmen. Als der Lehling dann nach 2 Minuten zum Empfang kam, lies die "Haarschneiderin" mitteilen dass sichs nicht mehr ausgejt weil sie jemand anderen schon drangenommen habe. Weiters sie lies sie ausrichten dass JETZT auch Abrechnung ist und dann sowieso nicht mehr geht - sie haben aber bis 19.00 offen, also mehr als 1 Stunde. Als Arbeitgeber, würde ich persönlich so eine Arbeitnehmerin sofort rauswerfen. Dir hat geglaubt ich wäre dumm und würde es nicht schnallen. Actually OK, but what happened to me today is an absolute cheek that I just want to share here. I had an appointment for 5:40 p.m., but didn't come until 5:52 p.m. (my fault, of course). But I am a regular customer who is there every 2 weeks and was late for the first time. But now comes the cheek. When I arrived, the lady who was supposed to cut my hair just discussed the customer who was there in front of me, i.e. that I would not have approached the question at all. But then the lady deliberately ignored me to take someone else's turn without an appointment. When the Lehling came to the reception after 2 minutes, the "hairdresser" let them know that it was no longer an issue because she had already answered someone else. Furthermore, she let them tell you that NOW there is also billing and then no longer works anyway - but they are open until 7 p.m., i.e. more than 1 hour. As an employer, I would personally kick such an employee out immediately. You believed I was stupid and wouldn't buckle it.
