F	F H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnitt war mehr als eine Katastrophe. Das mach ich selbst vorm Spiegel besser und das in 5 min. Was ich letztendlich auch tun musste. 25€ straight zum Fenster raus. Unfassbar verärgert. Editing was more than a disaster. I do that better myself in front of the mirror and in 5 minutes. Which I ultimately had to do. 25 € straight out the window. Incredibly upset.

Die Friseurin ist jedoch nicht auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen und hat mir vorne gleich einmal 5 cm weggeschnitten. Habe Beschwerde eingelegt, die Friseurin hat sich persönlich nicht entschuligt, sondern hat die Filialleiterin geholt, die mich mit einem lächerlichen 15% Friseurgutschein (bei 20€ macht das 3€!)abgespeist hat. Definitv werde ich dieses Geschäft nie mehr wieder aufsuchen und kann es auch keinem weiterempfehlen! I wanted to have my hair shortened by 1.5 cm. However, the hairdresser did not respond to my request and cut away 5 cm at the front. I lodged a complaint, the hairdresser did not apologize personally, but called the branch manager, who fobbed me off with a ridiculous 15% hairdresser voucher (at 20 € that's 3 €!). I will definitely never visit this shop again and I cannot recommend it to anyone!

U	Ulrike 08 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wenn beate (oder daniela) schneidet ist alles perfekt. man sollte allerdings immer einen termin langfristig ausmachen, denn oft sind beide ausgebucht. färben kann auch jmd. anderer - wirklich vertrauen kann ich jedoch nur den anfangs erwähnten damen. when beate (or daniela) cuts everything is perfect. However, you should always make a long-term appointment, because both are often fully booked. somebody else can also dye - but i can only really trust the ladies mentioned at the beginning.

Die Friseurinnen und Friseure arbeiten sehr gut und haben bis her alle meine Wünsche, bezüglich Frisur, zu vollster zufrieden erfüllt. Super hairdressing studio. As with any DM, you can simply book a free appointment via the website, even if it is often on the same day. The hairdressers work very well and have so far fulfilled all my hairstyle wishes to the fullest satisfaction.
