Ich habe sie etwas bezüglich Rohkost Riegel gefragt, und anstatt zu sagen dass sie sich damit überhaupt nicht auskennt, (was ja überhaupt kein Problem ist, man kann ja nicht alles wissen) gab sie mir zur Antwort, dass doch alle Riegel Rohkost währen ?? und das sei doch logisch! Datteln werden ja nicht gekocht...? Dann hab ich sie etwas über ein Produkt der Go 4 raw Marke gefragt, worauf sie mir nicht d Frage beantwortet hat sondern nur erklärte das das nicht Go 4 raw sei, obwohl es draufstand!!! Die weitere Konversation war eine Katastrophe... Die Dame war absolut unwillig, unfreundlich und zu guter Letzt unverschämt! So behandelt man keine Kunden! The lady at the cash desk and the very young girl were very, very nice and friendly! The other lady was pretty cheeky. I asked her something about raw food bars, and instead of saying that she wasn't familiar with it at all (which is not a problem at all, you can't know everything), she replied that all bars were raw food ?? and that was logical! Dates are not cooked ... ? Then I asked her something about a product of the Go 4 raw brand, whereupon she did not answer the question but only explained that it was not Go 4 raw, even though it said it! The further conversation was a disaster ... The lady was absolutely unwilling, rude and, finally, outrageous! That's not how you treat customers!

Sie geht auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein und das Ergebnis könnte nicht besser sein. Kann die Mitarbeiterin nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. The stylist Sandra in the DM in Völs is unique with her professional and nice manner. She responds to the wishes of the customers and the result couldn't be better. I can only warmly recommend the employee.

Auf so eine freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin kann (muss) der Konzern dm sich glücklich schätzen.!!!! Wie sie auf unseren Sohn einging, erklärte ihn immer den nächsten Schritt, gab ihm Zeit wenn er sich nicht ganz sicher war, etc, . .... Einfach TOP. ? Were today 10.05.2021 morning in the branch (cyta) with our 4 year old son to cut his hair. According to the invoice, Ms. Sandra Stylist 114211 was the hairdresser. The group can (must) count itself lucky on such a friendly and competent employee. !!!! The way she responded to our son, always explained the next step to him, gave him time if he wasn't quite sure, etc,. .... Simply TOP. ?
