Ein Stern abzug, weil ich mich durch öfteres Umräumen immer neu zurechtfinden muss. I have been visiting for years and offer everything to a certain extent what a drugstore should offer. Die anderen Verkäufer sind so lieb aber oft gestresst und dann tun sie uns immer ein wenig leid. Dm hat zwei Stammkunden an bipa verloren! actually we love the business - today we were very disappointed. All sellers are worth gold - except for one a little older. I understand if she is having a bad day she is welcome to talk to us but she was very rude, we were very appalled. The other salespeople are so nice but often stressed and then we always feel a little sorry for them. Dm has lost two regular customers to bipa!

Meine jüngste Erfahrung in der Filiale 3500 Krems, Obere Landstraße: Es gibt keine Tester und zudem leider sind alle Wimperntuschen und Kosmetikstifte mit dem Sicherungsschutz absichtlich so unglücklich abgeklebt, dass man sie nicht ansehen kann, was gerade für den Erwerb einer Wimperntusche aber unerlässlich ist. Ich habe dies dennoch versucht und wurde in der Folge von einer Verkäuferin buchstäblich durch das Verkaufslokal verfolgt: Immer hinter mir vom Kosmetikregal zu den Shampoos dann zu den Handcremen. Als mir das zu bunt wurde und ich zur Kasse ging, stand sie dann plötzlich auch da hinter mir. Auf meine Frage, ob sie mich verfolge, bejahte sie! Gerade für Wimpertuschen sollten Tester aufgestellt werden oder -statt einer buchstäblichen Verfolgung- eine Beratung durch das Personal stattfinden. My most recent experience in the 3500 Krems branch, Obere Landstrasse: There are no testers and, unfortunately, all mascaras and cosmetic pencils are deliberately so unfortunate that they cannot be looked at, which is essential for purchasing a mascara. I tried this anyway and was followed by a saleswoman literally through the store: Always behind me from the cosmetics shelf to the shampoos then to the hand creams. When that got too colorful for me and I went to the cash register, she suddenly stood there behind me too. When I asked if she was following me, she replied in the affirmative! In der DM Website steht das diese Produkte noch zu haben sind aber das Personal hat uns ignoriert. Es ist wirklich sehr unhöflich und alle Tester sind schon richtig schmutzig und unhygienisch. Wir 4 und unsere Freunde werden nie wieder kommen. Huber Never again! We asked 5 about products that even Bipa has.
