Man wird nicht gefragt welche Punkte man beim Payback Prorgamm einlösen möchte, man hört weder ein Hallo noch ein Tschüss. Sind die Regale leer, muss man jedesmal eine Mitarbeiterin bitten, dass sie Nachschub holt. So etwas sollte von Allein kommen? Man sollte nicht jedesmal jemanden betteln müssen, damit man die gewünschte Ware bekommt? I wonder why the employees in this branch are always so unsympathetic and aggressive at the checkout. You are not asked which points you want to redeem in the Payback program, you neither hear a hello nor a goodbye. If the shelves are empty, you always have to ask an employee to fetch more. Something like that should come by itself? You shouldn't have to beg someone every time to get the goods you want?

Langjährige Mitarbeiterinnen (sowohl bei den Regalen als auch an der Kasse) sehr unfreundlich, wenn man nach einem Produkt fragt? Jüngere Mitarbeiterinnen sind in dieser Filiale hingegen freundlich! Shelves are always almost empty, even if you come after 3 days nothing has been cleared. Long-term employees (both on the shelves and at the checkout) are very unfriendly when you ask about a product? Younger employees, however, are friendly in this branch!

Wie soll man die 25 fach Punkte auf eine bestimmte Warengruppe nutzen, wenn man nichts kaufen kann, ich kann schließlich nicht jeden Tag in die Filiale kommen um nur jeweils ein Stück zu kaufen? How should you do a bulk purchase in this branch, when the shelves are mostly empty, or if then the highest is a piece of the desired product granted. How should you get the 25 fold points use on a certain product group, if you can't buy anything after all, I can't do it every day come to the store to only buy one piece at a time?

Es betrifft meinen heutigen Vormittags-Einkauf! Diese Mitarbeiterin war die Unverschämtheit in Person. Diese Mitarbeiterin ist mir schon öfters unangenehm aufgefallen? Von nichts eine Ahnung zu haben, hindert diese Mitarbeiterin nicht daran, über alles eine Meinung zu haben und alles besser zu wissen! In this branch you will find the unfriendliest, most unsympathetic, most aggressive, know-it-all and most biting employee. It affects my shopping this morning! This employee was rude personified. Has this employee often struck me as unpleasant? Knowing nothing doesn't prevent this employee from having an opinion about everything and knowing everything better!

If you only shop at a drugstore because of the offers / promotions then you are in the right place, but do you expect friendly staff then you should better go shopping elsewhere?
N	Noah Kaiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hoffe es bleibt dabei, dass in Zukunft in dieser Filiale nur Maskenpflicht ist, weil so wie sich die Mitarbeiter in diesem Frühjahr aufgeführt haben, war wirklich nicht mehr angenehm. Kaum hat man diese Filiale betreten, wurde einem schon hintergerufen, man solle einen Einkaufswagen nehmen. In keiner anderen Filiale waren die Mitarbeiter so aufdringlich, wie in dieser. Sobald man sich nur 2 Meter vom Wagen entfernt hat, weil aufgrund der vielen anderen Einkaufswagen kam man gar nicht mehr durch die Regale durch, wurde schon wieder hinterhergebrüllt man soll einen Wagen nehmen. Ich finde Maske reicht. Die Filiale soll froh sein, dass überhaupt jemand einkaufen geht und nicht noch herummeckern? Weil sauber waren die Wagen nicht. Wenn sie wenigstens gereinigt gewesen wären, dann okay. I hope that it will only be mandatory to wear a mask in this branch in the future, because the way the employees behaved this spring was really no longer pleasant.
