(DM hat keine so grelle Beleuchtung, verwendet angenehmere Farben, man bekommt ein gutes Gefühl, die Produkte wirken natürlicher, ... - alles in allem gute Kundenpsychologie ;) ) Verkaufspersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit!
My subjective impression - more pleasant shopping than at the competition a few hundred meters away... (DM doesn't have such bright lighting, uses more pleasant colors, you get a good feeling, the products look more natural,... - all in all good customer psychology; ) ) Sales staff friendly and helpful!
