Im Vorfeld wurde ich sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten, es gab sogar noch Hilfsmaterial kulant obendrein, richtig Klasse! Leider gab es dann einen qualitativen Mangel am Produkt, was vorkommen kann. Entscheidend ist dann die Art und Weise, wie damit umgegangen wird. Und die war wirklich vorbildlich! Es wurde anstandslos Ersatz produziert, der anschließende Versand war jedoch ein gewisses Abenteuer, für das Pichler Glas jedoch nicht verantwortlich war. Es wurde weiterhin sehr gut kommuniziert, ich fühlte mich stets gut informiert. Also alles in allem uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, super Hersteller! You can tell the class of a company when things don't go according to plan ... In the run-up I was given very friendly and competent advice, there was even helpful material on top of that, really great! Unfortunately, there was then a quality deficiency in the product, which can happen. The decisive factor then is the way in which it is dealt with. And it was really exemplary! Replacements were produced without any problems, but the subsequent shipment was a certain adventure, for which Pichler Glas was not responsible. It was still very well communicated and I always felt well informed. So all in all, unreserved recommendation, great manufacturer!

Die Abholung verlief unkompliziert, die Lage ist zumindest für mich angenehm erreichbar. Personal war ebenso freundlich. Das Glas ist wie gewünscht, schaut sauber aus. Da gibts nur positives zu berichten. I ordered a 12mm tempered glass. It was finished earlier than promised, that was the first joy. The collection was uncomplicated, the location is at least conveniently accessible for me. Staff was just as friendly. The glass is as desired, looks clean. There is only positive to report.

Lieferung der Ware per Post war schneller als erwartet und total unkompliziert. Ware war gut verpackt. Man wurde nach der Bestellung über alle Schritte per Email laufend informiert. Werden in Zukunft gerne wieder hier bestellen :). Clear homepage with many different options. Great value for money. Delivery of the goods by post was faster than expected and totally uncomplicated. Goods were well packed. After the order was placed, you were informed of all the steps by email. Will be happy to order from here again in the future :).

Kurzes Mail an die nette Dame vom Kundenservice und ohne großen Aufwand die Ersatzbestellung abgewickelt. Und preislich ist man mir nach meinem Missgeschick auch noch entgegengekommen. Werde sicher wieder dort bestellen, wenn ich was brauche. Top Service und schnelle Lieferung obendrein! ?? Highly recommended! Ordered something 4 years ago and now again. Unfortunately, the window broke while I was installing it. A short email to the nice lady from customer service and the replacement order was processed without much effort. And after my mishap, the price was also accommodated to me. Will definitely order from there again if I need anything. Top service and fast delivery too! ??

Die telefonische Beratung war hervorragend, ebenso das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Lieferzeit. Bei der Qualtitätskontrolle kurz vor Auslieferung wurde leider eine Ecke der Rückwand etwas beschädigt. Ich wurde jedoch sofort informiert und bekam innerhalb weniger Tage Ersatz. Auch wenn mal nicht alles 100% glatt läuft, kann man sich trotzdem auf DIY Glas verlassen. Außerdem wurde mir sogar noch eine Tube Acryl kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich würde sofort wieder dort bestellen! Großes Danke auch an Herrn Dominik Steindl, der sich wirklich hervorragend um meine Bestellung gekümmert hat. I ordered both a VSG safety glass (as a stair fall protection) and a rear wall from DIY Glas. The telephone advice was excellent, as was the price/performance ratio and delivery time. Unfortunately, during the quality control shortly before delivery, a corner of the back wall was damaged. However, I was informed immediately and received a replacement within a few days. Even if things don't go 100% smoothly, you can still rely on DIY Glas. In addition, I was even given a tube of acrylic free of charge. I would order there again in a heartbeat! Big thanks also to Mr. Dominik Steindl, who took really good care of my order.
