Wäre doch besser wenn ihr gleich nur E-Mail Kontakt anbietet!

sehr lange wartezeit, es wurde vergessen uns nach den untersuchungen zu sagen, dass wir fertig sind und nachhause können
es wurde, obwohl ich mich VOR der terminvereinbarung über die kosten informiert habe ein viel höherer betrag verrechnet als vereinbart.

very long wait, it was forgotten to tell us after the examinations that we are done and can go home
although I had informed myself about the costs BEFORE making an appointment, a much higher amount was charged than agreed.
