t	t. s. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -die Beschreibung von Kirchbichl 66 auf der Webseite sollte erwähnen, dass die Deckenhöhe des zweiten Schlafzimmer nur 1,20 m betrug, - im Vergleich mit Häusern von Freunden war dieses Haus und Ausstattung sehr einfach - Pluspunkt: Sauna und Lage - bei Ankunft schmutziger Bereich um den Mülleimer, übriggebliebene Anziehsachen, angeblich vom Hauseigentümer, dreckige Matratzenschoner, verstopftes Waschbecken im Badezimmer, defekter Lichtschalter, abgeklebte Steckdose etc. - diesbezügliche Kommunikation war alles andere als wohlwollend, Reduktion von 80€ lächerlich, wenn man bedenkt, dass man trotz Bezahlung der Endreinigung und der Bettbezüge (12€ pro Bezug!), sämtliche Betten selbst beziehen und wieder abziehen, abwaschen und sämtlichen Müll am Ende zur Sammelstelle wegbringen muss! Nicht nur werden für alle möglichen Kleinigkeiten zum Teil sehr hohe Zusatzkosten verlangt (Bettwäsche 10€ p.P, Haustiere 7,50€ p.T) sondern es werden auch vergessene Gegenstände z.B Schuhe, Hosen etc. einfach bei der Reinugung in den Endmüll geworfen. Man darf sich dann seine persönlichen Gegenstände selbst aus den Müll heraussuchen! Eine Aufbewahrung für ein paar Tage ist ja nicht zuviel verlangt. Frechheit!! Die gebuchte Wohnung entsprach aber den Angaben auf der Homepage und war zufriedenstellend. Service is definitely written down here. Not only are for all sorts of trivialities sometimes very high additional costs required (bed linen 10 € p.P, pets 7.50 € p.T) but it is also forgotten items such as shoes, pants, etc. simply thrown in the final cleaning in the clean. R	Reiner Zufall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?wir wahren zum ersten mal in Königleiten, und sind etwas spät angekommen, und haben unsere Hütte gesucht, Nur wusste keiner das wir uns unten anmelden mussten, und sind ewig rumhelaufen, bis uns einer draufhingewiesen hatte. wir hatten Glück gehabt das sie noch offen hatten, somit haben wir die Schlüssel für unser Feriendomizil bekommen. Sonst hätte wir die Nacht im Auto verbringen müssen. Weil sie eigentlich um 17 uhr zugemacht hätten. Aber noch auf uns gewartet haben?. Also ging noch alles gut. Gerne wieder. AhrenWe are in Königleiten for the first time, and arrived a little late, and were looking for our hut, only nobody knew that we had to register downstairs, and walked around forever until someone pointed it out to us. we were lucky that they were still open, so we got the keys to our vacation home. Otherwise we should have spent the night in the car. Because they should have closed at 5 p.m. But still waiting for us?. So everything went well. Gladly again.

Für einen stolzen Mietpreis von 965,40 € ohne Bettwäsche haben wir uns eine saubere Wohnung mit allen Bequemlichkeiten vorgestellt. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht: Kleidungsstücke vom Vormieter im Schrank, überall Spinnweben und Flusen an der Decke, Krümel und Schmutz auf dem Fußboden, im Bad Schimmel in der Dusche und der Wasserkocher total schwarz von innen, abgenutzte Pfannen usw. Wir beschwerten uns bei Holidays und nach kurzer Zeit wurden die Flusen an der Decke von einem netten Herrn mit dem Staubsauger entfernt. Das Schlimmste stand uns aber noch bevor: der Schlaf auf den superalten Matratzen (Nachkriegszeit), einfache Stahlfederkernmatratzen ohne Schaumauflage. Man spürte jede Feder einzeln. Unsere Kinder hatten Nindl2 gebucht, parterre. Dort war alles sehr gepflegt. Der Besitzer hat uns ein anderes Haus angeboten, aber wir wollten wegen unserer Kinder nicht umziehen. Zu bemerken wäre, dass das Wohnzimmer ein sehr gemütlicher Raum ist. Es wurden also alle Decken zusammengesucht und die Matratzen gepolstert. Ein letztes Gespräch mit dem Besitzer brachte am vorletzten Tag auch nur Unverständnis. Der Nächste bucht eh wieder den stolzen Preis für eine Woche Skivergnügen. A last conversation with the owner on the penultimate day brought no understanding. The next one books the proud price for a week of skiing fun anyway.
