Mr. Melbinger's planning has transformed the house I bought on one of the lakes in northern Burgenland from a rickety wooden hut into an individual home. We worked very well together and agreed on most of the design details. I live in this house as if I had never lived otherwise .....

Johannes Melbinger hat das "Haus" ,das auf meiner Seeparzelle stand von einer klapprigen Holzhütte in ein modernes, zeitgemäßes Heim verwandelt. Seine Planung entspricht meinen Lebensumständen haargenau, wir haben sehr gut zusammengearbeitet, und waren uns in den meisten gestalterischen Dingen einig. So entstand ein lichtdurchflutetes sehr gemütliches Haus in dem das Urlaubsfeeling -natürlich auch wegen seiner Lage direkt am Wasser-niemals endet.... For some time I have been living in northern Burgenland at one of the lakes around Neufeld. Johannes Melbinger transformed the "house" that stood on my sea plot from a rickety wooden shack into a modern, contemporary home. His planning corresponded exactly to my living conditions, we worked very well together and agreed on most of the creative things. The result is a light-flooded, very comfortable house in which the holiday feeling never ends - of course also because of its location directly on the water....

Di Melbinger hat uns äußerst kompetent beraten und bei der Sanierung begleitet. Die Mauern sind nun trocken und wir sind sehr zufrieden und fühlen uns wohl. We had a massive problem with damp walls in our older country house. Di Melbinger advised us extremely competently and supported us during the renovation. The walls are dry now and we are very satisfied and comfortable.

However, the minute, I stepped inside, I was wowed by the elegance and the functionality of the interior restoration. The colours of the sliding modern doors as well as the sense of details in keeping the historic with the modern, was perfect and very liveable. I contracted the architect, Mr Melbinger to restore the interiors of my flat in Schottenfeldgasse in Vienna. The result is great. It comes as no surprise to me that Mr Melbinger is the receiver of a highly esteemed UNESCO heritage prize.

Our apartment is now unique and beautiful, restored with a sense of history and great attention to detail. The boat from Vienna docks almost at our front door. Then we go through a narrow street to an old building, then - wow! Red floor! Beautiful layout! And the bathroom, super luxury! Plus a happy tenant who cannot believe his luck, since he had not even seen the apartment before renting from us. We are so happy that we had the confidence to place this work in the hands of Mr Melbinger, whose wide interests and aesthetic sense had charmed us. The result is an apartment which lives up to its fullest potential - distinguished, elegant, and both modern and historical. Thank you!
