Bei telefonischer Nachfrage zu einer geplanten Vermessung, welche zuvor ebenfalls am Telefon besprochen wurde, wirkt der namensgebende Geschäftsführer bereits sehr genervt. Als ich ihn auf die Zweitmeinung eines Berufskollegen angesprochen habe, wurde er grundlos zornig, meinte mir gegenüber, dann solle ich doch zu dem gehen und legte auf. Ich bin froh den Auftrag nicht an diese Firma vergeben zu haben.
Impossible to deal with a potential customer.
When asked by phone about a planned measurement, which was also discussed on the phone beforehand, the eponymous managing director already seems very annoyed. When I asked him about the second opinion of a professional colleague, he got angry for no reason, told me that I should go to him and hang up. I am glad I did not award the contract to this company.
