Herr Bergmann gibt vorweg nicht bekannt, dass sein "Vorbeikommen - einmal anschauen" pro Stunde abgerechnet wird, ebenso verrechnet er extra Wegzeit! Ein seriöser Gutachter kommuniziert seine Kosten im Vorhinein.
Wenn man sich weigert zu zahlen, da nichts vereinbart wurde, übergibt er an ein aggressives Inkassobüro.
Obendrein macht er noch eine Betrugsanzeige gegen seinen Kunden!!!
Seriosität sieht anders aus, Hände weg von diesem Gutachter.
 Attention!
Mr. Bergmann does not announce in advance that his "coming over - have a look" will be billed per hour, and he will also charge extra travel time! A reputable appraiser communicates his costs in advance.
If you refuse to pay because nothing has been agreed, he will hand it over to an aggressive debt collection agency.
