★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor einem guten Jahr in einem für uns als Startup großem Kraftakt mehrere Tausend Kartonagen inkl. Inlays und Banderolen bei Dinkhauser fertigen lassen. Natürlich wurden diese komplett vorab bezahlt, auch die Stanzformen und Druckplatten. Diese Werkzeugkosten sollten sich natürlich über mehrere Nachproduktionen amortisieren. Als wir nun vor einigen Wochen eine Neuproduktion unserer Kartonagen bei Dinkhauser angefragt haben, erhielten wir von unserem Ansprechpartner folgende Email:

Gute Morgen Herr Tunger,
nach Absprache mit unserer Geschäftsleitung teile ich ihnen hiermit mit, dass wir von weiteren Angebot für sie absehen.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
Klaus Wiesenbauer"
Auf eine Nachfrage, warum das so sei, bekamen wir trotz Nachhaken keine Antwort. Wie gesagt, an einem Zahlungsverzug o.ä. kann es nicht gelegen haben, da wir per Vorkassen den kompletten Betrag gezahlt haben.
Krasserweise steht in den AGB von Dinkhauser, dass die Druckplatten und Stanzformen trotz Zahlung des Kunden nicht heraus gegeben werden müssen.
Darüber hinaus steht da, dass eine Mehrproduktion von 30(!!!) Prozent erlaubt und vom Kunden zu bezahlen ist. Diese 30% werden von Dinkhauser natürlich immer voll ausgeschöpft.
Der Vertrieb war durchaus bemüht – im Vorfeld der Auftragserteilung. Danach? Tagelang keine Antworten, keine Reaktion, pampiges Verhalten.
Kurz und knapp: Einmal und nie wieder!!!
 A good year ago we had several thousand cardboard boxes, including inlays and banderoles, manufactured at Dinkhauser in a major effort for us as a startup. Of course, all of these were paid for in advance, including the cutting dies and printing plates. These tool costs should of course be amortized over several post-production runs. When we asked Dinkhauser to produce our cardboard boxes a few weeks ago, we received the following email from our contact person:
"
Good morning Mr. Tunger,
after consultation with our management, I hereby inform you that we are not making any further offers for you.
With best regards,
Klaus Wiesenbauer "
When asked why that was so, we got no answer despite further inquiries. As I said, a delay in payment or the like. It couldn't have been because we paid the full amount in advance.
In Dinkhauser's terms and conditions, it is blatantly stated that the printing plates and cutting dies do not have to be handed over despite payment by the customer.
In addition, it says that an additional production of 30 (!!!) percent is allowed and must be paid for by the customer. Of course, Dinkhauser always makes full use of this 30%.
The sales department made every effort - in the run-up to the placing of the order. After that? No answers for days, no reaction, sloppy behavior.
In a nutshell: once and never again!
