Really great service with a very delicious and balanced food - very creative and very flavour-rich surprise menu and pairing wine menu.
The foie gras with sushi rice was eaten before the picture. Too delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden away in an unassuming area of Wien you can taste some of the top notch sushi you can aspire for in the west.
With multiple seating options, from outdoors to the sushi bar (where you can socialise with the chefs) the quality is no doubt guaranteed.
Desserts are special too.
It’s not for light pockets, be warned, but you live only once.

Do try the cod fish, made by one of the brother owning the restaurant who used to work at Nobu. 5* cod!!

Shout out to the awesome Slovakian guy (sorry I forgot your name!) who just has the nicest smile ever! The food was really great and the presentation was fun.
The lobster sushi and taco was one of our favorite ?
I give it a 4 because I felt like some plates could’ve just been a little bit more exciting and flavorful for my personal liking.
But to be fair, We didn’t try any of the hot dishes. We’ll definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited DiningRuhm for the Sushi Brunch on Saturday. It was our first visit in DiningRuhm and it will not be the last.
We were blown away by the presentation, taste and quality of the food. I suspect some or all of the dishes are also available as part of the regular menu. I sure hope so because there was nothing we didn't like.
The sushi brunch is advertised as ready to order and not as a buffet which in my opinion is a nice approach and even more applicable during this pandemic than ever.
After Mercado had to close it doors we were searching for our next favourite restaurant and I think we finally found it.
Really an amazing Sunday brunch with very attentive waiterse and great selection of remarkable dishes.
