Hab um 8:30 angerufen und keinen erreicht. dann ein whatsapp, daß er um 10:00 da wäre wegen "autoproblem". Um 9:40 war er dann da. Thermenservice nur halb gemacht und einige Ventile nicht gereinigt weil das eine alte Therme ist. Auf die Frage warum er sich nicht schon vor 8:00 gemeldet hat, daß er sich verspätet, antwortete er, daß er einen Autounfall am Gürtel hatte. Autounfall war auch schon beim letzten Service vor zwei Jahren die Ausrede nicht zu kommen. Und immer erst auf Nachfrage gemeldet. Total unzuverlässig. The same as two years ago. Service agreed for 8:00. Called at 8:30 and didn't reach anyone. then a whatsapp that he would be there at 10:00 due to "car problem". He was there at 9:40. Thermal service only half done and some valves not cleaned because it is an old thermal bath. When asked why he didn't report before 8:00 that he was late, he replied that he had a car accident on his belt. Even in the last service two years ago, a car accident was an excuse not to come. And always only reported on request. Totally unreliable.

Herr Dilek war mir von vornhinein der sympatischte da er sich wirklich für die Baustelle Zeit gelassen hat um sie zu begutachten. Interesanterweise war er auch der günstigste ... bei weitem. Alles super erledigt, kulant und professionel. Kann ich jedem weiterempfehlen I have 5 installers come.
