★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht erreichbarer Kundensupport (gerade zur Mittagszeit wo die Karte am häufigsten verwendet wird ist niemand erreichbar). Die Kreditkarte von digibon funktioniert dazu in vielen Restaurants nicht. Das kann sehr ärgerlich und peinlich sein wenn die Karte so häufig nicht funktioniert. Die Idee dahinter wäre sonst super - in der Praxis fehlts aber noch.
 Very difficult to reach customer support (especially at lunchtime, where the card is used most often, no one is available). The digibon credit card does not work in many restaurants. This can be very annoying and embarrassing if the card doesn't work that often. The idea behind it would otherwise be great - but is still missing in practice.

have been using Digibon for half a year now and it has made the food receipt processing a lot easier for us. It's easy for our employees and the payroll department is happy about the easier processing. If we had any questions, we were always promptly and competently helped. I can only recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine gute Möglichkeit für Firmen ihre Mitarbeiter eine ESSEN Unterstützung zu kommen zu lassen. Bitte erkundigt euch beim Finanzamt ob es Steuerlich Absetzbar ist. Vernünftig wäre es in Anbetracht der Finanziellen Pandemie Schäden.
A good opportunity for companies to let their employees come for ESSEN support. Please inquire at the tax office whether it is tax deductible. It would be reasonable given the financial pandemic damage.
