Nachdem ich einige Wochen keine Antwort auf mein Mail erhalten habe, rief ich an um mich zu erkundigen wie es denn aussieht. Mir wurde einfach gleich gesagt, dass sie das nicht machen können und punkt. Als ich sagte, dass es sehr lieb gewesen wäre, wenn jemand kurz Kontakt aufgenommen hätte und mir das mitgeteilt hätte , sagte der "nette" Herr dann nur: das ist wie bei Bewerbungen, da erhält man auch oft keine Absagen!!! Also mega unprofessionell und sehr enttäuschend! Es ist gar kein Problem wenn gewünsche Produkte bzw. Umsetzungen nicht im Tätigkeitsbereich eines Unternehmens liegen aber dann kann man das dem Kunden freundlich mitteilen - der Ton macht die Musik!!!!!!!! Absolutely underground customer service !!!!! After receiving no reply to my email for several weeks, I called to ask what it looks like. I was told right away that they can not do that and point. When I said that it would have been very nice if someone had contacted briefly and told me that, the "nice" sir then said only: that is like applications, as you often get no cancellations !!! So mega unprofessional and very disappointing! It is not a problem if desired products or implementations are not within the scope of a company but then you can tell the customer friendly - the sound makes the music !!!!!!!!
