Prices are fair, quality is top and orders are completed quickly. The only drawback: unfortunately not barrier-free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzufrieden. Jacke wurde an sich sauber, aber etwas stinkend hingebracht und kam mit weißen Flecken zurück. Darauf angesprochen hieße es von der Angestellten nur, dass man die (wohlgemerkt über 200€ teure) Jacke ja selber mit 30 Grad waschen hätte können. Sehr unfreundlich, unkompetent und nicht hilfsbereit. Nicht empfehlenswert. Ich werde mich über weitere Möglichkeiten eines Schadenersatzes informieren.
Very dissatisfied. Jacket was taken there inherently clean but slightly smelly and came back with white stains. When asked about this, the employee only said that you could have washed the jacket yourself at 30 degrees (note that it cost more than €200). Very rude, incompetent and unhelpful. Not recommended. I will inform myself about other possibilities of compensation.
