Auch eine kurzfristige Änderung der Teilnehmerzahl war kein Problem. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Catering as you would expect! Everything is just right here: from the detailed offer, to the tips and tricks for the design and development of our event, to the perfect food and lovingly designed menu cards. Even a short-term change in the number of participants was not a problem. Again any time!

Die Absprachen davor und danach haben super geklappt. Alle Gäste waren rundum zu Frieden. Ich würde das Catering bei Herrn Blaschke jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank! I can't get out of the rapture anymore: The food was great, the winter village was fantastic and the service was very professional. The agreements before and after went great. All guests were completely at peace. I would book the catering with Mr. Blaschke again at any time. Thanks a lot!

M	M.A. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SALZBURG INTERNATIONAL WEDDING The cocktail was very well organised and it was great you had prepared assortments of appetisers in single dishes - it made the whole process more Covid-compliant which we really appreciated. The drinks you prepared were very good and i loved the presentation in the glasses. For dinner, the table layout, the cutlery and table-wear was all very original, youthful and beautiful. The service was excellent, fast, friendly, always attentive and non-invasive - exactly what we want. We really managed to enjoy the celebration to the fullest. The food overall was absolutely excellent as well. I loved the starter (the Gebeizte Reinanke and the Garnelen), the pickled fish was outstanding. The risotto with grilled Saibling was a very big success as well, lots of guests complimented it. The best in my opinion however was the Rehruecken which i still think about every now and then these days! Overall we loved the food. Finally, we wanted to thank Christine especially. I saw how she was constantly paying attention, planning the next step, trying to anticipate every aspect of the celebration. She worked very hard and it did not go un-noticed.
