V	Von Österreich nach Thailand - Norbert Durstberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Eis war sehr cremig, so wie ich es mag. Die einzelnen Sorten könnten jedoch geschmackvoller sein. Gerne schreibe ich Euch welche Sorten ich hatte und bei welche mir vom Geschmack nicht ganz zusagten. Die Sorten warten, Nutella, Malaga und Heidelbeere! Beim Heidelbeereis vermisste ich das fruchtige am meisten, Malaga war ein wenig besser, aber auch nicht gut. Nutella, war am besten! Ich hoffe Euch damit geholfen zu haben und Danke für die Rückmeldung. The ice cream was very creamy, the way I like it. However, the individual varieties could be tastier. I am happy to write you which varieties I had and which I did not really like in terms of taste. The varieties are waiting, Nutella, Malaga and Blueberry! What I missed most about the blueberry ice cream was the fruity one, Malaga was a little better, but not good either. Nutella, was the best! I hope to have helped you with this and thanks for the feedback.

Hier wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt (keine Plastik Becher oder Löffel) heutzutage eigentlich eine Notwendigkeit aber leider durchwegs nicht selbstverständlich. Wer auf der Durchreise in Kaiserebersdorf ist sollte hier einen Zwischenstopp einlegen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Gastgarten, leider Straßenseitig aber ausreichend um einen Eisbecher zu genießen. Very tasty, homemade ice cream. Here emphasis is placed on sustainability (no plastic cups or spoons) nowadays actually a necessity but unfortunately not a matter of course. Anyone passing through Kaiserebersdorf should make a stop here. There is also a small garden, unfortunately on the street side, but enough to enjoy an ice cream sundae.
B	Barbara Kattavenos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird das Eis selbst gemacht und nicht nur einfach aus Pasten oder künstlichen Aromen hergestellt, sprich, das Bananeneis enthält auch tatsächlich Bananen! Und das schmeckt man! Und jetzt wird's persönlich ;) Meine Rezension ist nämlich nicht ganz objektiv, denn Johannes, der Geschäftsführer ist mein Mann. Er hat den Eissalon, gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder Nikolaos Kattavenos, vor ungefähr 10 Jahren, von seinem Vater übernommen. Und seither arbeitet er ständig! ;) Er überlegt sich neue Rezepturen für das Eis, versucht NACHHALTIGKEIT im Eissalon großzuschreiben und hat andauernd neue Ideen: neue Eiskreationen, Service optimieren, umbauen, etc. Das heißt, er betreibt diesen Eissalon nicht einfach um Kohle zu machen, sondern weil er seinen Job liebt und hinter der Marke "Die Eisdealer" auch stehen können möchte. Das ist kein Eissalon, der einer großen Kette angehört und unpersönlich seine Kunden einfach nur als zahlendes Klientel ansieht, das ist ein Eissalon, in dem noch Menschen arbeiten. Na gut, der letzte Satz war gar ein wenig theatralisch ;) aber die Aussage dahinter ist einfach nur WAHR. Here the ice cream is homemade and not just made from pastes or artificial flavors, in other words, the banana ice cream actually contains bananas! And you can taste it! And now it's getting personal ;) My review is not entirely objective, because Johannes, the manager, is my husband. He took over the ice cream parlor together with his brother Nikolaos Kattavenos from his father about 10 years ago. And he's been working ever since! ;) He thinks about new recipes for the ice cream, tries to capitalize on SUSTAINABILITY in the ice cream parlor and constantly has new ideas: new ice cream creations, optimizing service, converting, etc. That means he doesn't just run this ice cream parlor to make money, but because he loves his job and want to be able to stand behind the "Die Eisdealer" brand. This isn't an ice cream parlor that belongs to a big chain and impersonally sees its customers as just paying customers, this is an ice cream parlor where people still work. Well, the last sentence was a bit theatrical ;) but the statement behind it is just TRUE.

Die Eisbecher im Lokal sind nicht so berauschend....wenig Dekoration, wenig Abwechslung, mit Schlagobers voll. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schlicht und nicht einladend. Ein paar Tischtücher und Blumen auf den Tischen würden es etwas freundlicher machen. The ice cream is very good, there are many different types. The ice cream sundaes in the restaurant are not that great ... little decoration, little variety, full of whipped cream. The outside area is very simple and not inviting. A few tablecloths and flowers on the tables would make it a little friendlier.

Eigentlich verdienen sie unser Geld nicht, da es schon etliche Male so war, dass sie ohne Grund super unfreundlich waren! Vielleicht würde eine neue Besetzung besser sein, weil bei dieser Arbeit sollte man nicht die negative Laune an den Kunden auslassen. Sehr schade :/ The ice cream is okay, but the staff is a cheek! Super unfriendly, just threw the money away, even though we were super nice! Actually, they don't earn our money, as it has been a number of times that they have been super unfriendly for no reason! Maybe a new line-up would be better, because in this work you shouldn't take the negative mood out on the client. It's a shame: /
