★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really difficult to find in Austria a place of authentic Mexican Food, but in my last trip to Salzburg I found it!! It is Die Cabreras, a very nice and lovely restaurant located in downtown Salzburg. Everything in the menu is delicious but I highly recommend the tostadas de tinga, cohcinito and guacamole. The tequila they have is top class Mexican Tequila, the best you can find in Europe.
The service is excellent and I'm sure you will have a wonderful time and love this place as much I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little Mexican place in Salzburg to try some different food! It's a welcome change to the regular cuisine there and although there is a good effort to expand into South American cuisine it seems a bit modified to suit the Austrian palate. The prices are pretty high considering the portions and the food seemed consistently under-seasoned. The salsas provided with the meals were very good but seemed to be how they accounted for the lack of seasoning, I would recommend this if someone was looking for Mexican but there are definitely some better restaurants around the city. The staff were fantastic however and the young lady who served us was very helpful, the food just didn't blow my mind.
