Only small Dopelbettzimmer, no cots possible. Otherwise everything is fine. Especially the location: right on the slopes.

Helemaal tot rust kunnen komen! It was fantastic! We had a wonderful time in the Bergeule. Everything you wish is there! Friendly help and everything super arranged. Can completely unwind!

We hebben er met twee gezinnen een prachtige week gehad, nauwelijks behoefte om buiten de deur te gaan. Zeer betrokken eigenaar die per whatsapp uitstekend bereikbaar is en de klok rond antwoord geeft op vragen. Kortom top! Great complete family house on the slopes. Equipped with all luxury and conveniences. Nothing is missing. We had a wonderful week with two families, hardly any need to go out. Very committed owner who is easily accessible by WhatsApp and answers questions around the clock. In short top!
J	Jolanda Van Hulst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een prachtig luxe huis. Vijf slaapkamer met badkamer, mooi en stijlvol ingericht. Het ontbreekt aan niets, zelfs een wasmachine en droger zijn aanwezig. Het is goed toeven op de prachtige terassen en natuurlijk in de heerlijke jacuzzi. In de omgeving is veel te zien en te doen. Een aanrader voor een uitstapje is het treintje, dat op loopafstand verstrekt, nemen naar Tamsweg. Na een leuke rit van ongeveer 40 minuten kom je aan in een leuk plaatsje met een gezellig plein met terrassen. Mooie plek om te lunchen. In de omgeving is ook een waterval en qua activiteiten kun je golven en raften. Wandelen en fietsen kan natuurlijk ook. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug. Een echte aanrader. What a beautiful luxury home. Five bedroom with bathroom, beautifully and stylishly furnished. It lacks nothing, even a washer and dryer are available. It is good to relax on the beautiful terraces and of course in the lovely jacuzzi. There is a lot to see and do in the area. A must for a trip is to take the train, which is within walking distance, to Tamsweg. After a nice ride of about 40 minutes you arrive in a nice place with a cozy square with terraces. Nice place for lunch. In the area there is also a waterfall and in terms of activities you can enjoy waves and rafting. Of course you can also walk and cycle. We will definitely go back again. Highly recommended.
H	Harman Kloos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een heerlijk huis: groot, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel smaakvol ingericht. Aan alles is te merken dat de eigenaar niet bezuinigd heeft op de inventaris. Zo hangen bijvoorbeeld de skischoenen in een verwarmd rek. De bedden zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit en je kunt de douches (iedere kamer heeft een eigen badkamer met ligbad of douche) zonder problemen tegelijk gebruiken. Dat hebben wij wel eens anders meegemaakt. De kopse kant van het huis is volledig van glas, waardoor je een geweldig uitzicht hebt. De enorme tafel, waar je met gemak met z’n allen aan kunt zitten, maakt het extra gezellig. Wat ook gezellig is, is de hot tub die netjes uit het directe zicht geplaatst is. Verder was ik beslist gecharmeerd van de carport, die ruimte biedt aan twee grote auto’s – ik heb namelijk een hekel aan ruiten krabben. Tot slot is het van het huis naar de skilift slechts een paar minuten lopen en kun je aan het eind van de dag praktisch tot aan de deur doorskiën. Kortom: een aanrader! It is a wonderful house: large, fully equipped and very tastefully decorated. Everything shows that the owner has not cut back on the inventory. For example, the ski boots hang in a heated rack. The beds are of excellent quality and you can use the showers (each room has its own bathroom with bath or shower) without any problems at the same time. We have experienced this differently. The front side of the house is entirely made of glass, which gives you a great view. The huge table, where you can easily sit at all, makes it extra cozy. What is also nice is the hot tub that is neatly placed out of direct view. Furthermore, I was certainly charmed by the carport, which offers space for two large cars - because I hate scratching windows. Finally, it is only a few minutes' walk from the house to the ski lift and you can practically ski to the door at the end of the day. In short: a must!

Wij kunnen ons in alle positieve punten van eerder genoemde reviews vinden maar hebben ter overweging hierbij een klein aantal feedback punten: - Iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer met douche. Deze zijn gescheiden met glazen verschuifbare wanden. Bij het doen van een grote behoefte is deze wel aardig te ruiken in de naastgelegen slaapkamer. - De badkamers hebben geen eigen afzuiging, waardoor er vocht ontstaat in de badkamers wat enkele zilvervisjes aantrekt. - De gordijnen zien er prachtig uit met de hertjes, alleen laten ze dermate veel licht door dat wij er 's ochtends wakker van werden. - De grote TV op de vide is overdag niet te gebruiken door de zon die erop schijnt door het grote glazen raam. Zonswering zou hier een oplossing zijn. - Bij warme zomerdagen schijnt de zon direct op de glazen achterkant van het huis aan het einde van de middag. Hierdoor wordt het erg snel erg warm. Zonswering zou hierin wederom een aanrader zijn. Verder hebben we een verblijf gehad dat van alle gemakken was voorzien, daarom 4 uit 5 sterren. Very nice house in a beautiful setting! We were here in the summer of 2020. We can agree with all the positive points of the aforementioned reviews, but have a small number of feedback points for consideration: - Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. These are separated with sliding glass walls. When doing a great need, it is nice to smell in the adjacent bedroom. - The bathrooms do not have their own extraction, which creates moisture in the bathrooms, which attracts some silverfish. - The curtains look beautiful with the deer, only they let in so much light that we woke up in the morning. - The large TV on the loft cannot be used during the day due to the sun shining on it through the large glass window. Solar shading would be a solution here. - On hot summer days, the sun shines directly on the glass back of the house at the end of the afternoon. This makes it very hot very quickly. Solar shading would again be highly recommended. We also had a stay that was fully equipped, therefore 4 out of 5 stars.
N	Nico Lotze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten uns riesig auf unserem Urlaub im Chalet Bergeule gefreut. Vor Buchung hatten wir auch mit den netten Eigentümern Kontakt. Leider haben wir unsere Buchung über ein Fremdportal (Micazu) und nicht über die Vermietungsgesellschaft (Alps Residenzes) gebucht. Unsere Buchung auf Micazu wurde durch die Besitzer aus den Niederladen zwar bestätigt und an Alps Residenzes weitergeleitet, von denen aber nicht bearbeitet. Trotz Buchungszusage sitzen wir nun 5 Wochen vor unserem Urlaub ohne Unterkunft da. Uns wurden Alternativen angeboten, aber nicht in der Ausstattung der Bergeule. Es gab eine Alternative, die leider doppelt so teuer ist und vom Vermieter nur minimales Entgegenkommen. Die Buchung ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen - wir hoffen alle Beteiligte lernen aus dieser Geschichte - die Leittragenden sind wir, die sich jetzt kümmern müssen. We were really looking forward to our vacation at Chalet Bergeule. Before booking, we had contact with the nice owners. Unfortunately we booked our booking through a third-party portal (Micazu) and not through the rental company (Alps Residenzes). Our booking on Micazu was confirmed by the owners from the Niederladen and forwarded to Alps Residenzes, but they did not process it. Despite the booking confirmation, we are now sitting there without accommodation 5 weeks before our vacation. We were offered alternatives, but not in the equipment of the mountain owl. There was an alternative that is unfortunately twice as expensive and only minimal concession from the landlord. The booking should be treated with caution - we hope everyone involved learns from this story - we are the leaders who now have to take care of it.
M	Matthijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivm de grote hoeveelheid badkamers gekozen voor dit Chalet en zeker niet teleurgesteld. Erg luxe uitstraling, mooi gelegen. Hoewel we een locker voor de ski'sgehuurd hadden was de directe nabijheid van de skilift erg fijn. Jacuzzi was heerlijk. Bonus was de overkapping zodat de auto's geen last van de sneeuw of ijs hadden. Zeer de moeite waard. Due to the large amount of bathrooms chosen for this Chalet and certainly not disappointed. Very luxurious look, beautifully situated. Although we had rented a locker for the skis, the direct proximity to the ski lift was very nice. Jacuzzi was lovely. A bonus was the canopy so that the cars did not suffer from the snow or ice. Well worth it.
