Der gröbste Fehler war (meine Mutter kam direkt aus dem LKH dorthin), dass eine im Entlassungsbrief vorgeschriebene Urinkontrolle nicht veranlasst wurde. Mir wurde auch gesagt, dass es keinen für das Haus zuständigen Arzt gebe. Und das bei diesen Privatkosten. Im Internetportal und beim persönlichen Anmeldungsgespräch wird der schöne Garten hervorgehoben. Nur hat niemand Zeit nicht gefähige Patienten dort hin zu bringen und die recht lieblos gestalteten Terrassen in den Stationen sind wahrlich kein Ersatz. Auch ins Cafe im gleichen Haus konnten meine Eltern aufgrund von zu wenig Personal nicht gebracht werden. Die Pflege fand teilweise mit wenig Empathie statt. Ich würde meine Eltern nicht mehr dort unterbringen! Ausserdem wurde bei einem Bericht der Urologieambulanz (wegen verstopften Dauerkatheter dorthin gekommen) vermerkt: Optimierung der Intimhygiene erbeten! My assessment relates to short-term care. The grossest mistake was (my mother came there directly from the LKH) that a urine check prescribed in the discharge letter was not arranged. I was also told that there was no doctor in charge of the house. And with these private costs. The beautiful garden is highlighted on the internet portal and during the personal registration interview. But no one has time to bring unfit patients there and the rather lovelessly designed terraces in the wards are truly no substitute. My parents could not be brought to the cafe in the same house due to insufficient staff. The care took place partly with little empathy. I would not put my parents there anymore!
