Hatte schon oft mit der Diakonie St. Pölten Kontakt und war zu 90% enttäuscht. Ist für mich wie eine AMS Maßnahme, da die Mitarbeiter sonst arbeitslos wären. Man sollte diese Einrichtung einfach schließen, da sie nutzlos ist und die Mitarbeiter in den Pflegebereich umschulen. Aber so kann der Staat sagen, wir haben Diakonie, wir haben ÖIF, wir sind ein Sozialstaat. Wie das in Wien oder woanders ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Schade um die Steuergelder. Woanders werden Mitarbeiter gebraucht und hier...
Not very competent staff, I always ask for a specific person. Still almost no performance, that's probably what the system thought of. Has often had contact with the St. Pölten Diakonie and was 90% disappointed. For me it is like an AMS measure, otherwise the employees would be unemployed. This facility should simply be closed as it is useless and the staff retrained in the care sector. But the state can say that we have diakonia, we have ÖIF, we are a welfare state. I cannot judge how it is in Vienna or anywhere else. It's a shame about the tax money. Employees are needed elsewhere and here ...
