G	Ginger Pilot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn durch irgend einen Programmfehler der Ausdruck der Paketmarke nicht funktioniert, was bei mir nicht zum ersten Mal vorkam, ist jede weitere Reklamation nur Zeitverschwendung. Ich habe es auf allen möglichen Kanälen versucht (Kontaktformular, telefonisch, Per E-Mail an den Paketversand und an die Beschwerdestelle)........Antwort erhielt ich nie!!!! Damit ist mein Kontakt zu DHL beendet. Ich freue mich schon darauf, wenn Amazon die Zustellung und vielleicht den Paketversand überhaupt selber auf die Beine stellt. Die sind wenigsten verlässlich. If the printout of the package label does not work due to some program error, which was not the first time for me, every further complaint is just a waste of time. I tried it on all possible channels (contact form, by phone, by e-mail to the parcel dispatch and to the complaint office) ........ I never received an answer !!!! This ends my contact with DHL. I am already looking forward to it when Amazon sets up the delivery and perhaps the parcel shipping itself. They are very unreliable.

Heute Vormittag, Johann Böhm Straße, ein sehr netter Fahrer hat mich angerufen, weil ich nicht da war. Hat das Paket zu der vereinbarten Nachbarin gebracht und ich muss das schwere Packerl nicht irgendwo abholen. Top ??? I think you should not only complain, but also say thank you. This morning, Johann Böhm Straße, a very nice driver called me because I was not there. Has brought the package to the agreed neighbor and I do not have to pick up the heavy Packerl somewhere. Top ???
