★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited to pick up a DHL package (this is one of DHL's pick-up points) so my 5-star rating only addresses this.
Were this a DHL rating, they'd get 2 stars for having me drive halfway across town just because I wasn't home 8 to 5.
Publicly owned mail service had its drawbacks, but all of these private services have me longing to the days when mail persons cared about their jobs — probably because they were paid fairly and not treated as slaves that are bought and sold rather than hired.
