 really extremely rude! if you don't want to let the bad service spoil your day: it's better to take a longer journey and go somewhere else.

Incredibly unfriendly, did not want to accept my parcel for completely inexplicable reasons and said when I asked where else I should drop the parcel, that was not his problem.
