C	Christiane Weninger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ja unglaublich was das für ein Saftladen ist. Mich kostet das Zeit und Geld, dass ich ständig falsche Auskünfte bekomme. Kann nur vor dieser Firma warnen. Keiner kennt sich aus und jeder gibt falsche Auskünfte. Und dann besitzen die noch die Frechheit und sagen einem man soll sich die Auskunft über das Internet holen, und zack wird der Hörer aufgelegt. Frage ich mich wirklich wer hier noch normal ist. It's unbelievable what that juice shop is. It costs me time and money that I get constantly wrong information. Can only warn against this company. Nobody knows each other and everyone gives false information. And then they still have the impudence and say one should get the information over the Internet, and the listener is zack. I really wonder who is still normal here.
M	ManU20081971 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL wird immer schlechter, mittlerweile werden die Pakete im strömenden Regen vor der Tür abgestellt, unterschrieben wird selbstverständlich selbst. Wie kann man sonst behaupten - Paket wurde dem Kunden übergeben. Es war den ganzen Tag jemand zu Hause, meine Mutter sah einen weißen Bus (was ja auch immer moderner wird - kein gelber DHL Bus mehr) ohne Aufschrift in die Auffahrt abbiegen und kurze Zeit später wieder wegfahren, deshalb ging Sie zur Tür - dort lag dann das Paket. Anläuten könnte helfen. Ärgerlich - da bei uns schon mal Teppiche (Kinderteppiche) abhanden gekommen sind. Die hat wohl auch jemand beim vorbeifahren gesehen und konnte diese gebrauchen, wir haben die nie erhalten, das war hinterher ein Geschreibe - da man zuerst ja behauptete es hätte jemand die Teppiche übernommen, die Unterschrift war eindeutig von keinem aus der Familie (keiner von uns schreibt wie ein Schulkind bei der Unterschrift) bis der Zusteller zugab die Ware abgestellt zu haben. Das Theater möchte man sich gerne ersparen. DHL is getting worse, now the packages are parked in the pouring rain in front of the door, of course, signed itself. You would like to spare the theater.
M	Michael H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte noch nie zuvor so eine unproblematische und schnelle Zollabfertigung wie mit DHL Express! Auch ist der Fahrer für mein Gebiet sehr zuverlässig und kompetent. Einzig die Urlaubsvertretung hat immer beim falschen Haus angeläutet, hier wäre es vllt. von Vorteil wenn der besser für das Gebiet Angelernt werden würde. Irgendwo hab ich dafür jedoch Verständnis, da es bei mir wirklich nicht einfach ist :) Never had such an easy and fast customs clearance as with DHL Express! Also, the driver is very reliable and competent for my area. Only the vacation replacement has always rang the wrong house, here it would be probably. beneficial if the better for the area would be taught. But I have some understanding for that, because it's really not easy with me :)

Ich versende nur mehr bei DHL weil die Post und andere Anbieter leider unfähige Mitarbeiter haben leider. Top an DHL - Danke und gerne wieder. Ein Lob an die liebe Dame vor Ort ? I've never seen anything like that of Kompedent and Nice. This lady deserves a raise. I only ship with DHL because the post office and other providers unfortunately have incompetent employees. Great to DHL - thank you and look forward to it again. A compliment to the dear lady on site ?

Einer war makellos, ein anderer hatte keine Ahnung dass ein Scheck kein Bargeld ist und berechnete 4 Euro für etwas das man nicht verlangt hatte. Und es dauerte 20 Minuten (!!). Depends on who is serving. One was spotless, another had no idea that a check was not cash and charged 4 euros for something that was not asked for. And it took 20 minutes (!!).

If you get off the train, there is a short cut from the tracks that takes you directly to the DHL office. Google map will take you round which is an unpleasant 20 minutes long journey along the high way.
