T	Tanja Widowitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es Null Sterne gäbe dann Null Sterne, fahre zweimal in der Woche die gleiche Strecke immer mit express taxi ab nun nicht mehr.(verschiedene Fahrer verschiedene Preise!!!)und wenn man vorher Anruft um ein Taxi zu bestellen um eine bestimmte Uhrzeit wird zuerst fix zugesagt und dann ein paar Minuten vorher bevor das Taxi kommen sollte,wird vom Taxi Fahrer angerufen und gesagt man sollte ein anderes taxi Unternehmen anrufen sie haben doch keine Zeit.Express Taxi ist nicht zu empfehlen!!! If there were zero stars then zero stars, drive the same route twice a week with express taxi from now on no longer (different drivers different prices !!!) and if you call in advance to order a taxi at a certain time first confirmed and then a few minutes before the taxi should come, the taxi driver calls and says you should call another taxi company they have no time. Express taxi is not recommended!
S	Stefan Kopatsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 3 Wochen bestellte ich ein Taxi von Warmbad bis in die Innenstadt Villach. Der Fahrer fuhr mehrmals an mir vorbei ohne mich zu bemerken. Nach einem weiteren Anruf konnte er mich finden ( Ich war mitten auf der Straße und machte auf mich aufmerksam). Er sagte dreißt zu mir ich hätte 10 Euro mehr zu bezahlen. Die Heumfahrt war sehr unangehnem und dehr ubympathisch. Ich wollte ihm 7 Euro Trinkgeld geben aber er sagte :"Ich gehe mehr als 7 Euro ins Minus". Ich gab ihm das Geld und verlor meinen Reisepass auf seinem Beifahrersitz. Ich bin dem Fahrzeug nachgelaufen doch er spullte weg. Nach dem Wochenende rief ich das Büro an ob etwas liegen geblieben ist... es wurde mir verdprochen das nachgeseheb wird doch es meldete keiner. Sehr unsympathisch und nicht zu Empfehlen.... Three weeks ago I ordered a taxi from Warmbad to downtown Villach. The driver passed me several times without noticing me. After another call, he was able to find me (I was in the middle of the street and drew my attention). He said to me I had to pay 10 euros more. The hay trip was very uncomfortable and ubympathetic. I wanted to tip him 7 euros but he said "I'm going more than 7 euros in the minus". I gave him the money and lost my passport in his passenger seat. I ran after the vehicle but it spooled away. After the weekend I called the office to find out if something had broken down ... I was promised that it would be checked in, but nobody reported it. Very unappealing and not recommendable ....
S	Silvio Probst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte heute bei der Eni Tankstelle mein Auto waschen, als mir von Express Taxi der Fahrer mit den schwarzen Haaren und dem Schnauzer von der anderen Seite vor mir in die Waschanlage fuhr, obwohl ich schon länger wartete. Als ich ihn mit freundlichem Ton zur Rede stellte, meinte er dreist, ich hätte mich hinten anzustellen, nur: es gibt da kein hinten, man darf von beiden Seiten reinfahren. Als ich ihn bat, rauszufahren, schrie er mich an er wird gleich die Polizei rufen oder mir eine auflegen-also Gewaltandrohung auch noch! Also wich ich aus und durfte warten, bis der Herr fertig ist. Ich will jetzt nicht auf die anderen schliessen, aber dieses Taxiunternehmen kann ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen bei solch einem rücksichtslosen Fahrer. Gibt andere, freundlichere Taxifahrer. Von mir ein klares NO dazu! Wanted to wash my car at the Eni petrol station today, when the driver from Express Taxi with the black hair and mustache drove me into the car wash from the other side in front of me, even though I had been waiting a long time. When I asked him in a friendly tone, he boldly said that I had to line up in the back, only: there is no back, you can drive in from both sides. When I asked him to go out, he shouted at me, he will call the police or impose a threat of violence on me! So I dodged and was allowed to wait for the gentleman to finish. I don't want to make any conclusions about the others now, but I can definitely not recommend this taxi company to such a reckless driver. There are other, friendlier taxi drivers. A clear NO from me!
R	Rudi Kerschhaggl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.04.2021 ca. 08Uhr30 Landskron, die Floorball Mannschaft des VSV wartet am Straßenrand ( ohne Maske, ohne Mindestabstand) Express Taxi kommt, die Spieler und eine Begleiterin steigen ohne Schutzmasken ein und fahren weg. 15 Minuten später das gleiche Bild mit den restlichen Spielern und ihrer Begleiterin! 04/18/2021 approx. 8:30 a.m. Landskron, the VSV floorball team is waiting on the roadside (without mask, no minimum distance). 15 minutes later the same picture with the rest of the players and their companion!

Nach einigen Gesprächen mit Freunden und Kollegen stellte sich auch heraus: dieses Taxiunternehmen ist anscheinend schon dutzende Male extrem negativ aufgefallen. Keiner meiner Bekannten fährt (mehr) mit ihnen. Finger weg. The most rude, most outrageous taxi driver I've ever met. After a few conversations with friends and colleagues, it also turned out that this taxi company has apparently attracted extremely negative attention dozens of times. None of my acquaintances goes (anymore) with them. Hands off.

Sobald ich die Adresse durchgegeben hatte, sie nochmals wiederholte, weil es so schien, dass der Taxifahrer sie nicht verstanden hatte, wurde einfach nach dem zweiten Wiederholen der Adresse aufgelegt! Sehr unhöflich und nicht professionell. Weiß bis heute nicht ob der Taxifahrer überhaupt dort erschienen ist, weil mich ein anderes Taxiunternehmen vorher abholte! Nicht empfehlenswert! I just hung up! I called Express Taxi. As soon as I had given the address and repeated it again because it seemed that the taxi driver had not understood it, they just hung up after repeating the address a second time! Very rude and not professional. To this day I don't know whether the taxi driver even showed up there because another taxi company picked me up beforehand! Not recommended!

Da ich in die Arbeit musste und zum Zug. Sollte nochmal 8 Minuten warten. Dann war es endlich da. Naja zu spät, denn meinen Zug erreichte ich auch nicht mehr pünktlich, somit zu spät in die Arbeit. Als "Dankeschön" behielt sich der Fahrer ohne mein Einverständnis auch noch Trinkgeld. Pure Frechheit. Ich war Stammkundiin aber das wars!!! I ordered a taxi today at 6:55 am. I was told the taxi would be there in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I called again. Because I had to go to work and to the train. Should wait another 8 minutes. Then it was finally there. Well too late, because I didn't get my train on time either, so I was late for work. As a "thank you", the driver kept a tip without my consent. Pure cheek. I was a regular customer but that was it!
