★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schenkte mir soeben ein Glas Höferer Viola "Der geschmeidige Klassiker" ein. Ein Billigwein, keine Frage. Es gibt aber in der Preisklasse auch trinkbare Weine. Dieser gehört nicht dazu. Ein gehaltloser Sauerampfer.
Just gave me a glass of Höferer Viola "The supple classic". A cheap wine, no question. But there are also drinkable wines in the price range. This is not one of them. An empty sorrel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon jahrelanger Kunde der Weinmanufaktur und bin von den Weinen vollständig überzeugt. Die Weinmanufaktur hat es geschafft ihren Qualitätslevel stets konstant hoch zu halten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kurustur. Auch wenn der Name etwas spröde klingt, ist der Cuvee sehr harmonisch und hat speziell beim Abgang ein vollmundiges Aroma mit zahlreichen Beerennoten.
I have been a customer of the Weinmanufaktur for many years and am completely convinced of the wines. The Weinmanufaktur has managed to keep its quality level consistently high. I would particularly like to emphasize the Kurustur. Even if the name sounds a bit rough, the cuvee is very harmonious and has a full-bodied aroma with numerous berry notes, especially on the finish.
