a little late in posting here, and will do in English....I just want to express my gratitude for this school. It was my second time, and again DIT was very flexible and super accommodating with my short term planning (like a few days notice). they took care of the arrangements in minutes and adjusted their prior schedule to my presence and skill level accordingly. i almost want to compare the experience to learning how to sail (caveat: i dont know how to sail).`Kapitan´ Hans knows exactly the course, direction and speed of the boat, and the skill level of all his small crew (students) and how they are progressing as we sail along, allowing all a turn at the wheel. side trips are incorporated into the overall learning and there is always noticeable progress and confidence in ones abilities one can take away from these courses. its a joy to be in the hands of such professionals, whose great trick is simply having many decades experience, knowledge and passion and good cheer on deck and put to use in every class. there is a reason i cant wait to go back. Note, with any language course, nay, with any endeavor!? one only gets out what they put in, so please be ready and willing to work your brain for best results

Just spent 2 weeks at the Deutsch-Institut Tirol in Kitzbühel. The course was great and thoroughly enjoyable - it was a fantastic opportunity to improve my German speaking skills as well as to receive regular constructive criticism on ways to improve my German grammar. The course leader, Hans Ebenhöh, is extremely enthusiastic and made all of the sessions very interesting. He was keen to make sure that all students enjoyed the course but at the same time he encouraged the participants to fully develop their speaking and grammatical skills. The formal sessions in the classroom were combined with three informal sessions in and around Kitzbühel per week, where students would meet in the afternoons / evenings at local restaurants and pubs to discuss topical issues in group sessions (in German of course!). A great course which I would highly recommend.

Have now attended their 2 week intensive course twice. Great to be able to learn German with people of my own age (seniors). Lots of German conversation along with exploration of grammar and vocab. Very knowledgeable and helpful teachers. This school and the seniors' course is highly recommended. Kitzbühel is indeed the perfect spot for an immersion type course. A beautiful and friendly location.

Very nice personal German language training. We had a small group (3) of adult learners. The lead instructor Hans truly cares about his students and your learning process. He would not even allow us to speak English on our breaks. The only negative was the classes were unstructured and seemed to be taught with little to no lesson plan. The classes has no structure and it seemed at times that our teacher just threw things together randomly. Overall a good experience though.

Great german school in a lovely setting. I spent 2 weeks in at Deutsch-Institut Tirol learning german in the morning and skiing most afternoons. The quality of the teaching was excellent and the three times weekly social dinners (conducted in german, of course) were a highlight. Highly recommended!
