Auf Willhaben ist eine Immobilie inseriert die uns gefällt. Man schreibt die Immobilienmaklerin Frau Deutsch in der Früh höflich an bezüglich Terminwünsche etc. Am Nachmittag kommt lediglich das Exposé. Keine Rückmeldung bzgl. Terminvorschlag. Daher rufe ich die Dame an. Diese meldet sich so eigenartig das man meinen könnte sie schläft noch. Ich frage höflich bzgl. der Wohnung nach. Die Antwort von Frau Deutsch war: haben sie kein Exposé erhalten. Ich darauf: ja habe ich und möchte gern einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren. Die ziemlich unfreundliche Antwort war: das wird nicht möglich sein, da die Mieter drinnen wohnen. Ich: achso das weiß ich ja nicht, dann sollte man das auch im Inserat festhalten. Sie meint ich darf Terminvorschläge per Mail schicken....Daraufhin habe ich das Gespräch beendet. Für was will so eine derartig unkompetente Maklerin eine Provision wenn sie nicht einmal fähig ist Mails zu lesen und sich kundenorientiert zu Verhalten. Vorallem bei einer Miete unter 2000,- !!! Wir haben derzeit mit Maklern zu tun wo die Miete 2800,- beträgt und die Wissen wie man mit Kunden umgeht. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!!!!

A property that we like is advertised on Willhaben. You politely write to the real estate agent Ms. Deutsch in the morning regarding appointment requests etc. In the afternoon you only get the exposé. No feedback regarding appointment proposal. So I call the lady. This reports so strange that one could think she is still asleep. I ask politely about the apartment. Ms. Deutsch's answer was: you didn't receive an exposé. I replied: yes, I have and would like to arrange a viewing appointment. The rather unfriendly answer was: that won't be possible because the tenants live inside. Me: Oh, I don't know, then you should also state that in the ad. She says I can send appointment proposals by email....I then ended the conversation. For what does such an incompetent real estate agent want a commission if she is not even able to read emails and behave in a customer-oriented manner. Especially with a rent under 2000,- !!! We are currently dealing with brokers where the rent is 2800 and who know how to deal with customers. Definitely not recommended!!!!
