M	Maria Muster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komme schon zum 5 mal in dieses tolle Haus , Lage sowie die Einrichtungen sind einfach top,ruhige Lage , und sehr zentral , alles zu Fuß erreichbar , Bäckerei, Spar Restaurants Das Personal ist übrigens sehr liebenswert und das Haus ist super sauber. Komme gerne immer wieder ,weiter so Come to this great house for the 5th time, the location and the facilities are just great, quiet location, and very central, everything within walking distance, bakery, Spar restaurants The staff is very lovable and the house is super clean. I like to come back again and again, keep it up

Zudem gibt es noch einen Sauna-Bereich und Ski-Raum. Very nice apartment, lovingly decorated and very good service. (There is always someone available). Apartment is fully equipped. There is also a sauna area and ski room.

P	Paul Gödl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPITZE!!!!!!!!!!! Haben eine Spitzen Woche gehabt. Das Studio mit Balkon war wirklich schön und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Der Ski-Lift ist gleich um die Ecke. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Housekeeping war sehr gut, fühlten uns richtig wohl. TOP!!!!!!!!!!! Have had a peak week. The studio with balcony was really nice and met all our expectations. The ski lift is just around the corner. The contact with the housekeeping was very good, we felt really comfortable.

Die Frage bezog sich auf die Stornierungs Regeln einer möglichen Buchung. Es stand nicht online. Die Buchung jedenfalls, hat sich somit erledigt! Wer weiß was da noch kommen würde wenn wir vor Ort sind. So geht man nicht mit potentiellen Kunden um. Macht am besten erst einen Termin mit dem Herren aus, bevor ihr in telefonisch kontaktiert. Ironie Ende. The gentleman on the phone complained loudly to me because I called him so late. Quote: "With such a stupid question". The question related to the cancellation rules for a possible booking. It wasn't online. In any case, the booking is done! Who knows what would come when we are there. That's not how you deal with potential customers. It is best to make an appointment with the gentleman before you contact him by phone. Irony end.

Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr zentral und die Wanderwegesind wirklich top sowie auch die Hütten Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, musste nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Komme ganz sicher wieder !!!!!! The studio really nicely decorated, everything was super clean. Especially the view from the balcony to the mountains. The location of the house is very central and the hiking trails are really great as well as the cabins The contact with the landlord was very good, never had to wait long for an answer. Come back for sure !!!!!!
A	Alex van den Doel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich een goede locatie, maar een paar details maakten dit tot een onaangename ervaring. De weg naar het appartement is niet sneeuwvrij gemaakt, wat leidt tot een gevaarlijke afdaling. Eigenaren zijn overigens tijdens verblijf in geen velden of wegen te bekennen. Na terugkomst in NL kregen we op een ongekend negatieve toon een zeer, zeer onvriendelijke mail. Een e-mail met een politierapport vanwege vlekken van tomatensoep op eettafel en tandpasta in de gootsteen. Hoewel we 100 euro betaalden voor schoonmaak, vond de eigenaar het toch nodig om een politierapport te sturen, een extreem negatieve toon te voeren en de aanbetaling van 200 euro te behouden voor extra schoonmaak. Zelfs als de zaak geldig zou zijn, waar we het niet mee eens zijn, is de toon volstrekt onaanvaardbaar, herhaal ik totaal onaanvaardbaar! En geen telefoontje en geen reactie op onze e-mails. Pas na 3 e-mails en een telefoontje kregen we een reactie met wederom een onaanvaardbare toon. We hebben met ons gezin meer dan 60 locaties bezocht, maar dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Deze chalets zijn niet 'designed' voor een goede klantervaring! In itself a good location, but a few details made this an unpleasant experience. The road to the apartment is not cleared of snow, which leads to a dangerous descent. Owners are not to be seen in fields or roads during their stay. After returning to NL, we received a very, very unfriendly email in an unprecedented negative tone. An email with a police report for stains of tomato soup on the dining table and toothpaste in the sink. Although we paid 100 euros for cleaning, the owner still felt it necessary to send a police report, set an extremely negative tone and keep the 200 euros deposit for extra cleaning. Even if the case were valid, which we disagree with, the tone is completely unacceptable, I repeat completely unacceptable! And no phone call and no response to our emails. Only after 3 e-mails and a phone call did we receive a response with yet again an unacceptable tone. We have visited more than 60 locations with our family, but have never experienced this. These chalets are not 'designed' for a good customer experience!
