Ich wollte etwas über den Onlineshop aus dem Eigenverlag bestellen, dieser funktioniert aber nicht richtig. Meine schriftliche Anfrage dahingehend bieb auch nach mehreren Tagen unbeantwortet, ich sage mal absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten.
Unusable online shop, no response to request via contact form.
I wanted to order something from the self-published online shop, but it doesn't work properly. My written question about this remained unanswered even after several days, I'll say absolutely unprofessional behavior.
