Kommt der Installateur in der Früh zu mir weil ich die Heizung die er bei meinem Vorbesitzer eingebaut hat einstellen lassen und noch dazu einen Spühlkasten richten wollte macht mich der Arbeiter auf der Baustelle zur Sau weil ich den Klokasten geöffnet habe und von einem Kunden von mir das Ersatzteil dabei hatte. Als ich sagte er kann ja ruhig seines einbauen weil ich es ja verstehe das er Material auch verkaufen will obwohl es das selbe Produkte mit selben Hersteller war was mir ja noch egal gewesen wäre, hat der richtig schreien anfangen mit mir. Irgendwann habe ich gesagt wenn er es nicht einbauen wolle soll er halt wieder gehen. Ich bin in der Bauindustrie und selber seid über 20 Jahren im Baugeschäft nur sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Habe ja ebenfalls Kunden die Installateur sind nur so einen habe ich echt noch nie erlebt. Selbst beim Guten Morgen sagen wo ich Ihm ein Kaffee anbieten wollten kam schon ein unfreundliches NEIN. Wenn ich so mit meinen Kunden umgehen würde hätte ich keine mehr. Aber auch für die Firma Dersch wird der Tag kommen wo Sie um jeden Kunden wieder froh sein werden. Sehr schade weil ich eigentlich die Ortsansässigen Firmen eigentlich stützen wollte.
Absolutely unfriendly. If the plumber comes to me in the morning because I had the heating that he installed at my previous owner's and wanted to set up a cistern, the worker on the construction site pisses me off because I opened the toilet and one of my customers did that Had spare part with me. When I said he can install his because I understand that he wants to sell material even though it was the same product from the same manufacturer, which I wouldn't have cared about, he really started screaming with me. At some point I said if he didn't want to install it he should just go again. I'm in the construction industry and I've been in the construction business for over 20 years, but I've never seen anything like that. I also have customers who are plumbers, only I've really never seen one like that. Even when I said good morning where I wanted to offer him a coffee, I got an unfriendly NO. If I dealt with my customers like that, I wouldn't have any more. But the day will also come for Dersch when you will be happy for every new customer. It's a shame because I actually wanted to support the local companies.
