T	Tim Dworschak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Standards sind gewohnt hoch. Doch leider muss ich mich regelmäßig über die Frechheit der Mitarbeiterinnen ärgern. Als ich bei einem großen Braunen im halbvollen Becher nach mehr Milch gebeten hab (das ist auch der Punkt? Deswegen ist der aich teurer) die Tasse hingefetzt bekommen mit: "Der ist doch eh so billig!" Wenn man ernsthaft mit Verkäufern schon früh morgens diskutieren muss um zu bekommen was man bestellt, verhagelt das leider echt den Tag und des Wunsch wieder zu kommen... :( Nachtrag: Ich mache leider immer wieder negative Erfahrungen mit der selben, unhöflichen Verkäuferin, die auch heute Früh wieder Dienst hatte. Ständig fehlen Dinge wie zum Beispiel richtige Café-Becher, Deckel und der gleichen. Und dann muss man obendrein Diskutieren um zu bekommen was man möchte. Ich bete mittlerweile das endlich ein Konkurenzlokal öffnet The standards are as usual high. But unfortunately I have to annoy myself regularly about the insolence of the employees. When I asked for more milk from a big brown in a half-full mug (that's the point? That's why it's more expensive) the mug was torn down with: "It's so cheap anyway!" If you have to seriously discuss with sellers early in the morning in order to get what you order, unfortunately that really spoils the day and the desire to come again ... :( Addendum: Unfortunately, I keep having negative experiences with the same rude saleswoman who was on duty again this morning. There are always things missing, such as real coffee cups, lids and the like. And then you have to discuss on top of that to get what you want. Meanwhile, I pray that a competition bar will finally open

Da ich sehr früh zu arbeiten anfange, war es der Mann, der nur auf dem Weg offen hatte. Ich wollte mir und meinen Kollegen ein paar Krapfen holen und als ich die Dame hinter der Theke darum bat, konnte ich sie akustisch nicht gut verstehen. Darauf fragte ich noch mal nach und es wurde mit einer lauteren, genervten Stimme geantwortet. Danach hat sie immer wieder geseufzt und ich kam mir ziemlich unerwünscht vor! Das sollte nicht sein!!! Unfortunately, when I went to get my breakfast from this branch today, I was disappointed. Since I start work very early, it was the man who only had open on the way. I wanted to get myself and my colleagues a few donuts and when I asked the lady behind the counter for one, I couldn't hear her very well. I asked again and it was answered in a louder, annoyed voice. After that she kept sighing and I felt quite unwanted! That should not be!!!

L	LUI SA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are super friendly. However I tried two days two different snacks. The first day a Olive bread sandwich. The second day a Cinnamon roll. Both can be defined in one word: Fat. I am sorry to tell this but the Olive bread was dry and felt not very fresh. The ham inside was 50% meat 50% fat. The next day I decided to try the sweet stuff. I mean, they have over 4.6 stars in Google, maybe their strong are the sweet pastries. Nope. I could not eat more than 1/4. I could not eat it. The main problem was the amount of fat in the pastry. Croissant like, it had the taste of cinnamon and sweet in a good balance but the amount of fat used was way too much. If you like fatty food, that is your place. Not mine. I am sad because it was my only option for a nice breakfast while visiting scientists in the Vienna Biocenter. The tea was good... Update: The company has contacted me to know about the dates. I was there on the 1st and 2nd of September, both times around 8:00 am. I am writing the information here since I do not wish to give the company my e-mail but I want to help them improve their products. Maybe I will visit the biocenter in Vienna and I might need a bakery for my breakfast :-)
