★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Ambiente und auch die Speisen sind gut bis sehr gut. Jedoch das Personal die reinste Katastrophe. Höflichkeit kennt hier keiner.
 The ambience and the food are good to very good. However, the staff the purest disaster. Nobody knows politeness here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich hole immer mal wieder Gebäck, Kuchen oder Kaffee beim Mann und kann bisher nicht klagen. Qualität der Produkte ist immer top und Service war bisher auch immer zuvorkommend.
Well, I always get pastries, cakes or coffee from my husband and so far I can't complain. The quality of the products is always top and the service has always been courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss mich leider anschließen: das Personal ist eine Frechheit! Freundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort und über die Inhaltsstoffe ihrer Speisen sind sie auch nicht informiert, scheinbar....schade. sehr unangenehme Stimmung. Ein Teil der Bestellung wird gleich ganz vergessen/ignoriert - man weiß es nicht....
Nachschulungen (wie angeblich angedacht) scheinen nicht zu Früchten.
Sehr bedauerlich.
Unfortunately I have to agree: the staff is a joke! Friendliness is a foreign word and they are not informed about the ingredients of their dishes, apparently... It's a shame. very uncomfortable mood. Part of the order is completely forgotten/ignored - you don't know....
Follow-up training (as allegedly planned) does not seem to bear fruit.
Very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and unfriendly service. Waiter seems clueless. They do not even know what's on their own menu. Had to wait 10 minutes to pay. Even though I was willing to pay at the cash register, they wouldn't let me.
