Comfortable beds, modern beautiful rooms, great dinner and restaurant. Very close to Igls where you can get a lift up into the mountains. Good free WiFi. A steal for the price of the room

Very good breakfast is possible from 7 a.m., the rooms are clean and tidy, the mattress and bed linen is very good, the sauna area could not be tried because there were no opening hours.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but a few downsides. There is no official reception so you have to wave down someone working in the bar/restaurant, which can take time. Although they are friendly and happy to help, they are busy and you can tell you are taking them away from what they were doing. Our room was beautifully rennovated, but the bathroom very outdated (except the sink) amd the shower tiny. We had a lovely balcony with a view and a sitting area, lots of hooks and storage space. The bed was a little hard, and only a thick duvet/quilt or a fleece blanket, we had to sleep with the windows open as it snowed ourside to be comfortable under the heavy quilt (also it was 2 single quilts instead of 1 large/king which was awkward for my husband and I). Wifi worked quite well. There is no refrigerator, tea/coffee facilities or microwave in the room. Our room was above the bar which we couldnt hear guests, but we could hear the sliding door to the kitchen constantly. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant with lots of character and a nice atmosphere. However the "half board" dinner is served in a big open function space in the back of the hotel, separate from the rest of the regular dinner guests, a typical ballroom with bright lights and no character and an awkward atmosphere. "Half Board" dinner is a set menu of local Tyrolian cusine, delicious 4 courses with salad bar, but hit and miss if there is something you will like, you have to decide at breakfast if you want dinner (if you say yes and change your mind to eat elsewhere, you are still charged $15 each) the salad bar frequently ran out and took a while to be refilled (busy staff) and everything was very salty. Again the staff are friendly and happy to help but it took time to get someones attention if something was wrong/needed another drink/had a question. They all seemed very rushed dispite the main restaurant and function space being barely quarter full at any time. The bar didnt ever seem to have a dedicated staff member, just someone as they are running around serving in the restaurants. Also very limited liqor, cocktail options, and wines by the glass. It was a charming cozy place I could have spent hours in, had they more variety of liqor/cocktails available. The hotel has a spa/sauna area (no treatments) and they provide robes, towels and spa shoes for use. However in our 5 day stay we did not get the chance to use the facilities as there was a 5 person minimum (stated in the manual) to use and we were just 2. The hotel is in a semi-convenient location. The bus stop is close and busses run every 10-30 minutes depending on time of day and day of week. 25 minute walk or 2 minute bus to Igls, bus to ski areas, and 25 minutes bus to Innsbruck. There isnt much else in Lans, so we were glad to get around easily.

Great food (I can really recommend the wiener schnitzel) and a perfect little playground for the kids to enjoy. You can choose to sit inside or outside in their garden which is nice. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Would really recommend it.

Very nice place to stay. It is close to Innsbruck and mountains and ski slopes as well. The price is reasonable. Rooms are modern looking, nice and clean. But bed is not that comfortable. Our bathroom was kind of small and wasn't nearly as good as shown on pictures (even we paied for superior room). All the staff was so nice and friendly. All the meals we had were good and it was PLENTY of food on dishes typically for Germans. Breakfest were everyday same, but there were kind of lot of choices.
