D	Désirée O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Terminvereinbarung wurden Sachen versprochen die das Team dann gar nicht richtig umsetzen konnten/wollten. Es wurde dennoch versucht die versprochenen Dinge halbwegs umzusetzen. Das Vorgehen wurde erst mitten drin auf Nachfrage erklärt und beide Friseurinnen waren nicht wirklich gut gelaunt, andauernd wurde gejammert. Auch wenn die Friseurin erwähnte, dass meine Haare später trocken sein werden aufgruns der Prozedur, so bin ich dennoch verärgert. Meine Haare waren vorher sehr glatt, jetzt sind sie weder glatt noch wellig (nach sanfter Dauerwelle), auch nicht voluminös - sie müssen viel mehr gepflegt und zusätzlich geglättet werden weil sie richtig verklebt und trocken sind. Man muss dazu sagen, ich habe dort keinen negativen Kommemtar hinterlassen, ich war froh den Laden zu verlassen, immerhin wurde mir (auf meinen Wunsch) einiges an Länge gekürzt und solche Veränderungen muss man ja bekanntlich etwas verdauen. Alles in allem muss ich im Nachhinein sagen ich war nicht wirklich zufrieden (mit dem Haarschnitt schon aber nicht mit dem Rest). When making an appointment, things were promised that the team could not / did not want to implement properly. Nevertheless, attempts were made to implement the promised things halfway. The procedure was only explained in the middle when asked and both hairdressers were not really in a good mood, there was constant moaning. Even if the hairdresser mentioned that my hair will be dry later due to the procedure, I am still angry. My hair was very straight before, now it is neither straight nor wavy (after a gentle perm), nor voluminous - it has to be cared for a lot more and also straightened because it is really sticky and dry. You have to say, I didn't leave a negative comment there, I was happy to leave the shop, after all (at my request) I was shortened a lot in length and you have to digest such changes as you know. All in all, I have to say in retrospect I wasn't really satisfied (with the haircut but not with the rest).
