Bäcker, Fleischer, Bank, Pizzeria und Friseur war gleich um die Ecke. Toll war für uns der Naschgarten vor der Tür (ideal für Rührei mit Schnittlauch)?. Wir freuen uns mal wieder Gast zu sein bei der freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Familie Buchhammer. A spacious, bright, clean and newly renovated apartment with a beautiful view of the Upper Inntal and Kaunertal. Baker, butcher, bank, pizzeria and hairdresser were just around the corner. The snack garden in front of the door was great for us (ideal for scrambled eggs with chives) ?. We look forward to being guests again with the friendly, helpful and courteous Buchhammer family.

Die Zentrale Lage, das leckere Gemüse aus Maximilians Garten und vor allem der familiäre Anschluss. Die Treckerfahrten, Schildi und Hugo werden unseren Kindern in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dear Buchhammer family, Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation with you. We didn't miss anything. The central location, the delicious vegetables from Maximilian's garden and, above all, the familiar atmosphere. Our children will remember the tractor trips, Schildi and Hugo. We would love to come back.
S	Sasja van der Schans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit appartement was top. Ook de gastvrijheid van de mensen was groot, we mochten daar de wasmachine gebruiken. Gebruik van de vriezer, ook geen probleem! Daarnaast hadden we een vouwwagen bij omdat we vanuit de camping kwamen, die kon keurig in de garage. Alle fietsen stonden droog en veilig. De ligging van het appartement is perfect, dichtbij het centrum zodat je meteen om de hoek broodjes kunt halen bij de verse bakker. Ook een paar supermarkten op loopafstand. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!! This apartment was great. The hospitality of the people was also great, we were allowed to use the washing machine there. Using the freezer, no problem either! In addition, we had a folding trailer with us because we came from the campsite, which could be neatly stored in the garage. All bikes were dry and safe. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the center so you can get sandwiches from the fresh bakery right around the corner. Also a few supermarkets within walking distance. In short, worth repeating!!

Zij toonden zich allereerst heel flexibel in onze gewijzigde, eerdere aankomstdatum en onze aankomst midden in de nacht. Het appartement is perfect: nieuw, fris, comfortabel en met smaak ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De bedden zijn goed. De familie Buchhammer is toonde zich heel attent: ze brachten een schaal koekjes met kerst en een fles prosecco en kinderchampagne op oudjaar. Het appartement is circa een kwartiertje rijden vanaf de skipistes, dus goed te doen. De bakker zit om de hoek, evenals Hotel Post, waar je prima uit eten kunt en diverse supermarkten op loopafstand. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie en ons verblijf in der Ballhaushof. Voor herhaling vatbaar! We were received very hospitably in der Ballhaushof by the Buchhammer family. First of all, they showed themselves very flexible in our changed, earlier arrival date and our arrival in the middle of the night. The apartment is perfect: new, fresh, comfortable and furnished with taste. Everything you need was there. The beds are good. The Buchhammer family is very attentive: they brought a bowl of cookies for Christmas and a bottle of prosecco and children's champagne on New Year's Eve. The apartment is about a fifteen minute drive from the ski slopes, so doable. The bakery is around the corner, as is Hotel Post, where you can eat out and various supermarkets within walking distance. We enjoyed our holiday and our stay in der Ballhaushof. Worth repeating!

The appartment was beautiful, clean, well equipped and with stunning views over the mountains. Our children enjoyed playing in the garden on trampoline, eating plums from the tree and feeding a turtle. We could use vegetables from the local garden for cooking. Family Buchhammer, thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!:)
