M	Martin Koll12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativ: Freundlichkeit!... um 22.00 wird man ins Bett geschickt...... nur ein Beispiel von vielen, weil ich nicht zu sehr ins Detail gehen will.... Positiv: Lage und Ausblick sehr schön, Frühstück und Abendessen, sowie Suppen und Salatbuffet sehr gut, Sauberkeit: sehr gut, Indoor pool sehr schön, ungarische Kellnerin sehr freundlich, viele Tiere und Spielplatz für die Kinder, super! Fazit: Alles perfekt bis auf die Freundlichkeit der Wirtsleute selbst. Negative: friendliness! ... at 22.00 you are sent to bed ...... just one example of many, because I don't want to go into too much detail .... Positive: location and view very nice, breakfast and dinner , as well as soups and salad buffet very good, cleanliness: very good, indoor pool very nice, Hungarian waitress very friendly, lots of animals and playground for the children, great! Conclusion: Everything is perfect except for the friendliness of the hosts themselves.
Y	Yomizuki Sharikiki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ warum nur 1 Stern!? Hotel gebucht, angereist leider umsonst da es nicht im System eingetragen wurde trotz Mail Verkehr mit fixer Buchung. Spannend war am Nebentisch ein Seniorenpärchen da wurde auch falsch gebucht. Also sorry aber das geht gar nicht. Hab am Vortag sogar noch angerufen und nachgefragt wegen der Covid Bestimmungen und auch gesagt das wir am nächsten Tag anreisen!!! Als Entschädigung laden wir sie zum Mittagessen ein. Beschwerdemanagement funktioniert anders wenn eine Familie mit 2 Kindern anreist! Nie wieder! Danke why only 1 star !? Hotel booked, unfortunately arrived for free as it was not entered in the system despite mail traffic with a fixed booking. A senior couple at the next table was exciting because they were booked incorrectly. So sorry but that doesn't work at all. I even called the day before and asked about the Covid regulations and also said that we would be arriving the next day !!! As compensation we invite them to lunch. Complaint management works differently when a family with 2 children arrives! Never again! Thank you

Die Außenanlagen mit den netten Tieren hat einen entspannenden Charakter. Nur die Kommunikation vor Anreise hätte etwas besser sein können bzgl Anwendungen… Ansonsten alles top und alle sehr freundlich und familiär! Vielen Dank für Alles. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! ☺️ Great food! ?? The pool area looks new, is clean and cozy with an unbeatable panorama. The outdoor area with the nice animals has a relaxing character. Only the communication before arrival could have been a little better with regard to applications ... Otherwise everything was great and everyone was very friendly and familiar! Many thanks for everything. We felt very comfortable! ☺️

Wir sind vom ganzen Ambiente begeistert und kommen gerne wieder. A wonderful place where you will be warmly welcomed. The food is excellent, the service extremely friendly and attentive. We are enthusiastic about the whole ambience and would love to come back.

Obwohl wir durch die Mitnahme unseres Hundes leider die gesteigerte Kategorie nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnten, war das Zimmer recht geräumig und auch immer sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in absoluter Ruhelage. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen in dieser schönen Gegend.... The vacation was increased at the crown auction and we booked from Monday to Saturday. Although we unfortunately could not take advantage of the increased category because we took our dog with us, the room was quite spacious and always very clean. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. The hotel is in an absolutely quiet location. It was a very nice holiday and we look forward to seeing you again in this beautiful area ....

Sehr kinderfreundliches Hotel :) Besonders das neue Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight und der gewünschte Platz im Wintergarten zum Essen hat uns sehr gefreut. Danke vielmals, wir kommen gerne wieder ;) A great autumn weekend spent;) Excellent food, nice and hard-working service. Very child-friendly hotel :) Especially the new pool was a highlight for the children and we were very happy about the space they wanted to eat in the winter garden. Thank you very much, we'd love to come back;)
