★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich bei der Anmeldung in der Praxis. Man sollte bei der Telefonannahme auf die Umgangsformen mit dem Patienten achten. Nicht so nach dem Motto "der Patient ist mir eh egal"! Denke mal, dass Herr Dr. Graf so etwas nicht mitbekommt!
Very unfriendly when registering in practice. You should pay attention to the way you deal with the patient when you answer the phone. Not according to the motto "I don't care about the patient anyway"! Think Dr. Count did not notice something like that!

War dort weil ich extrem schmerzen hatte. Er hat mir geholfen. Kann ihn mir weiterempfehlen.

Zahnschmerzen bekommen.
Nach einem Anruf waren erst Sorgen verflogen, durfte unvermittelt vorbei kommen. Musste nicht lange warten und wurde von allen herzlich behandelt.
Der Arzt war sehr freundlich und professionell, Fall erkannt und mir die Möglichkeit genannt. War aber für mich klar der Weisheitszahn muss raus.
Falls ich wieder ein Problem habe sollte, weiß ich wer mir helfen kann. Danke nochmal auf diesem Weg
Was on vacation here and the day before
Getting a toothache.
After a call, worries were gone for the first time, and I was allowed to come by suddenly. Didn't have to wait long and was treated warmly by everyone.
The doctor was very friendly and professional, recognized the case and gave me the opportunity. But it was clear to me that the wisdom tooth had to get out.
If I have a problem again, I know who can help me. Thanks again this way
