N	Niki Labi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich mit meiner Behandlung sehr unzufrieden und bereue es sehr, dass ich zu DentElite gegangen bin. Man bekommt zwar schnell einen Termin und es sind alle sehr freundlich, jedoch wird nicht auf die genauen Probleme eingegangen. Ich hatte Probleme nach meiner Behandlung mit meinem Aufbiss und wollte dies korrigieren lassen. Beim Termin wurde dann bestritten dass mein Problem von der vorherigen Behandlung sein könnte, obwohl es am Tag danach erstmals auftrat. Mit der Bitte, es sich trotzdem anzusehen wurden mir dann, ohne etwas zu sagen, einfach alle Schneidezähne etwas abgeschliffen, sodass sie sich jetzt nicht mehr berühren und ich kein Problem mehr mit dem Aufbiss habe, weil einfach kein Aufbiss mehr vorhanden ist. Ich finde dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit welche an Körperverletzung grenzt und definitiv ein Fall für den Patientenanwalt ist. Ich kann kann das Institut alleine wegen der vorherrschenden Sprachbarriere und den Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten nicht empfehlen. Ein Fehler welcher mich nun mein Leben lang begleiten wird... Leider passte sie nicht perfekt und sie löste sich am unteren Rand. Ich habe es dann dort kontrollieren lassen und sie meinten, alles sei in Ordnung und das würde schon passen. Garantie griff natürlich auch nicht. Gestern habe ich die Krone bei meiner Zahnärztin im 6.Bezirk neu fertigen lassen und man merkt einfach, dass die Behandlung bei meiner Zahnärztin um vieles professioneller ablief. I have had a crown here not even 2 years ago. The price was very tempting. Unfortunately, she did not fit perfectly and she broke at the bottom. I then had it checked there and they said everything was fine and that would fit. Of course, warranty did not work either. Yesterday I had the crown newly made by my dentist in the 6th district and you just notice that the treatment at my dentist was much more professional.
R	Reini L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kann nicht mal ein röntgen machen, weil gerät schon seit Wochen kaputt, 8 Kronen Machen lassen, bei 4 davon wurde der Zahn darunter zu heiß beschliefen, daher musste ich in einer Zahnklinik die Kronen aufbohren lassen und die Zähne darunter Wurzelbehandeln lassen. Dentelite ist zwar sehr günstig aber keine Qualität!! Can't even do an x-ray because it has been broken for weeks, have 8 crowns done, in 4 of them the tooth underneath was too hot, so I had to have the crowns drilled in a dental clinic and the teeth underneath had a root canal treatment. Dentelite is very cheap but not quality !!
L	L A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen und hatte zwar auch ein unsicheres Gefühl, da die Ordinationshilfen an der Rezeption zweifellos unprofessionell rüber kommen, einfache Fragen nicht beantworten können und unkompetent wirken. Daher wirkt es dort nicht vertrauenserweckend. An der Leistung des Arztes gab es aber nichts zu bemängeln, ich habe auch den Vorteil, keine Sprachbarriere gehabt zu haben. Die Krone hält, seit knapp 2 Jahren bisher ohne jegliche Probleme. Ich würde vermutlich auch weitere Kronen oder andere Arbeiten dort machen lassen. Edit nach 2 weiteren Jahren :ich werde hier vermutlich doch nichts mehr machen lassen. Im Vergleich zu einer anderen früheren Krone von einem anderen Zahnarzt und jetziger Beratung ist es dort doch zu unsicher betreffend Qualität der Gesamtbehandlung, einfach auch dadurch, dass dort ja nur günstige technische Dinge, aber keine Gesamtbehandlungen gemacht werden. Es gibt den gleichen Preis in Wien auch voll auf Kassa. So it doesn't inspire confidence there. There was nothing to criticize about the doctor's performance, I also have the advantage of not having had a language barrier. The crown has been holding for almost 2 years without any problems. I would probably have more crowns or other work done there. Edit after 2 more years: I probably won't have anything done here after all. Compared to another earlier crown from another dentist and current advice, there is still too much uncertainty about the quality of the overall treatment, simply because only cheap technical things are done there, but no overall treatments. There is the same price in Vienna on cash.

Ich war wegen der Garantie dort, die mir nicht anerkannt wurde! Nun rufe ich schon mehrmals an jedoch hebt keiner ab! Eine Frechheit ! Please hands off!!!! I had an all-ceramic crown made in 2018, which suddenly fell off. I was there for the guarantee which I was not honored! I've called several times but no one picks up! An impudence !
