★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird die V-Card der veganen Gesellschaft Österreichs nicht akzeptiert. Das ist insofern schade, da doch recht viele Veganer*innen dort einkaufen. Die Produkte sind hervorragend, wenngleich manchmal auch etwas zu überteuert.
 Unfortunately the V-Card of the vegan society of Austria is not accepted. This is a shame because quite a lot of vegans shop there. The products are excellent, although sometimes a bit overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mehrmals in der Filiale Anichstrasse, Personal einfach unkompitent, unfreundlich und nicht motiviert!!! Nie wieder!!! Wahrscheinlich haben sie es nicht nötig Kundenorientiert zu arbeiten!
Was several times in the Anichstrasse branch, staff simply incompetent, unfriendly and not motivated!!! Never again!!! They probably don't need to work customer-oriented!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denns Anichstrasse hat massiv an Service - Qualität abgebaut, als Stammkunde bekommt man nicht mal mehr telefonische Azskubft über den Lagerstand eines einzigen Produktes, da es offenbar zu viel Aufwand ist, nachsehen zu gehen. Zu was denken die, ruft man als Stammkunde an? Wenn ich extra in die Stadt reinfahren und Parkgebühren zahlen muß, um dann zu sehen, dass das Produkt wie so oft nicht lagernd ist, habe ich Kosten und Zeitaufwand umsonst investiert.
Denns Anichstrasse has massively reduced the quality of service, as a regular customer you don't even get a phone call about the stock status of a single product anymore, since it's obviously too much effort to go and check. What do they think, if you call as a regular customer? If I have to drive into town and pay parking fees only to find that the product is out of stock, as is so often the case, I have wasted my time and money.
