★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfähige Mitarbeiter, geben sich nicht einmal ansatzweise Mühe, eine Kreditfinanzierung anzubieten. Mir egal, das ist deren entgangener Gewinn wenn man einen bonitären Kunden abweist. Mit der Einstellung wirds die Bank nicht mehr lange geben ?
 Incapable employees, do not even give an effort to offer a loan financing. I do not care, this is their lost profit when you reject a bonitären customer. With the attitude, the bank will not give much longer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letztens war ich bei der Denizbank Floridsdorf und wollte mich nur erkundigen wie es ist ein Konto bei ihnen zu besitzen. Ich wurde von einem sehr netten Herren betreut und zwar dem Herr KARA Alper. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen das andere so nett sind wie er ausserden wurde ich auch mit sehr wertvollen Informationen bereichert. Ich werde diese Bank aufjedenfall meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen.
Recently I was at the Denizbank Floridsdorf and just wanted to inquire what it's like to have an account with them. I was cared for by a very nice gentleman and the Mr. KARA Alper. I can also imagine that others are as nice as he was, and I was also enriched with very valuable information. I will definitely recommend this bank to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in the morning before changing money to find out the prices. The man on the phone said that yes 1.5% will be taken off the amount changed but did NOT mention that this is the exchange fee!
And still you have to calculate the exchange RATE!! So it was a wrong information! Misleading! Not ok
