Man kann in Ruhe justieren und probieren, wenn man Hilfe braucht ist sofort eine freundliche und kompetente Verkäuferin zur Stelle. Ich mg Firmen die sich schon ewig halten - Deöla gehört dazu. In this well-tried shoe shop I will usually find something. There is a clear selection of different brands, not too high priced. You can adjust and taste in peace, if you need help is immediately a friendly and competent saleswoman to the site. I mg companies that last forever - Deöla is one of them.

E	E S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Auswahl an Schuhen ist in Ordnung und die Mitarbeiter Recht freundlich. Jedoch ist die Kulanz beim umtauschen von waren unter aller Sau! Ich wollte 1 Tag später meine Schuhe zurück geben, da sie beim Laufen nun doch drückten, was mir im bei den paar Schritten im Geschäft nicht aufgefallen war. Jedoch gab es nur die Möglichkeit mir einen Gutschein für die Schuhe auszustellen, was keinen Sinn macht, wenn man nicht hier lebt. Ich finde es einfach absolut frech, dass Stammkunden ihre waren ohne Probleme gegen Bargeld zurück geben können während Touristen nicht diese Möglichkeit haben. Daher würde ich die Kette in keinster Weise empfehlen, bei dieser fehlgeleiteten Firmenpolitik. The selection of shoes is fine and the staff is friendly. However, the goodwill in the exchange of goods under all sow! I wanted to give my shoes back one day later because they were still squeezing while running, which I had not noticed in the few steps in the shop. However, there was only the possibility to issue me a voucher for the shoes, which makes no sense if you do not live here. I just think it's completely rude that regular customers can return their goods without any problems for cash while tourists do not have that option. Therefore, I would not recommend the chain in any way with this misguided company policy.
