Nicht nur sind wir von unserem Produkt (Blendtec Pro 800 - der ist übrigens wirklich super leise) begeistert - der Hochleistungsmixer ist bei uns jeden Tag im Einsatz (Smoothies, Nüsse mixen, Mehl mahlen, etc.) - vor allem das Kundenservice gehört explizit erwähnt: Meine Bestellung am Abend des 7.12.2021 wurde noch am Folgetag (ein Feiertag) bearbeitet und versendet. Leider gab es ein Problem mit dem Paketdienst und die Lieferung ging zurück an den Shop. Kurzerhand wurde mir der Blender persönlich zugestellt und dabei hatte ich sogar die Gelegenheit all meine Fragen zu stellen und diese wurden ausführlichst beantwortet. Das nenne ich mal Kundenorientierung und keineswegs selbstverständlich. Respekt! Klare Empfehlung für das Produkt und den Shop!!!!!!

Not only are we enthusiastic about our product (Blendtec Pro 800 - by the way, it's really super quiet) - we use the high-performance mixer every day (mixing smoothies, nuts, grinding flour, etc.) - above all, the customer service deserves an explicit mention : My order on the evening of December 7th, 2021 was processed and shipped the following day (a public holiday). Unfortunately there was a problem with the parcel service and the delivery went back to the shop. Without further ado, the blender was delivered to me personally and I even had the opportunity to ask all my questions and they were answered in great detail. That's what I call customer orientation and by no means a matter of course. Respect! Clear recommendation for the product and the shop!!!!!!

Wirklich tolle Beratung mit Live Vorführung der Geräte im Shop. Ich war bereits durch meine eigenen Recherchen im Vorfeld von den Produkten überzeugt, wurde dann aber im Shop nochmals bestens beraten. Sehr nette und kompetente Kundenbetreuung, sowie tolle Geräte. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Really great advice with a live demonstration of the devices in the shop. I was already convinced of the products through my own research beforehand, but was then given excellent advice in the shop. Very nice and competent customer service, as well as great devices. I can only recommend.
