Es ist für mich persönlich das kundenunfreundlichste Unternehmen, das mir je im Leben untergekommen ist. Lieferungen immer wieder falsch und/oder unvollständig.
Es ist ein Jammer und eine Frechheit wieviel Zeit man investieren muss, um ständig hinterhertelefonieren zu müssen, weill so oft irgendetwas nicht stimmt.
If there were ZERO stars, I would assign ZERO stars.
For me personally, it is the most customer-unfriendly company that I have ever encountered in my life. Deliveries always wrong and / or incomplete.
It is a shame and an insolence how much time you have to invest in order to constantly have to call behind the wall because something is so often wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte gerade eben in Wien den Preis des Augustinerbräu Oktoberfestbiers erfragen, da es in Graz nicht lagernd ist. Und bevor ich es mir umständlich selbst aus Freilassing mitnehme, kaufe ich es in Wien mit einem höheren Preis - so dachte ich jedenfalls.
Am Telefon teilte man mir mit, dass diese Gebinde "reserviert" seien. Auf meine Nachfrage hieß es dann - "nicht für Privatverbraucher erwerbbar"... Ohhh pardon!
Amüsant finde ich , dass es offenbar von Bundesland zu Bundesland verschiedene Auslegungsarten gibt, was man kaufen darf und was nicht?
Unfreundlicher geht es ehrlich gesagt nicht mehr! Wie heißt es so schön: Wer nicht will, der hat schon!
I was just about to inquire about the price of the Augustinerbräu Oktoberfest beer in Vienna, as it is not in stock in Graz. And before I laboriously take it with me from Freilassing myself, I'll buy it in Vienna for a higher price - at least that's what I thought.
I was told on the phone that these containers were "reserved". When I asked it said - "not available for private consumers" ... Ohhh pardon!
I find it amusing that there are obviously different ways of interpreting what you can and can't buy from state to state?
To be honest, it couldn't be more unfriendly! As the saying goes: if you don't want to, you've already got it!
