B	Belinda Stocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drei Mitarbeiterinnen an der Kasse, die sich fröhlich miteinander unterhielten und noch nicht mal grüßen konnten, als ich das Geschäft betrat. Von Hilfe keine Rede. Das private Gespräch war wichtiger. Auf Anfrage “bemühte“ sich eine von den Damen zu mir. Sie erklärte mir, dass es den passenden Schuh in meiner Grösse nicht mehr gibt. Statt mir andere Modelle zu zeigen, verwies sie mich auf eine andere Filiale. Von Kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur. Deichmann, du hast hiermit noch eine Kundschaft verloren!!!!!? Three employees at the checkout who were chatting happily and couldn't even say hello when I entered the shop. There is no question of help. The private conversation was more important. On request, one of the ladies "tried" to me. She explained to me that the size of my shoe no longer exists. Instead of showing me other models, she referred me to another branch. No trace of customer friendliness. Deichmann, you have lost another client herewith !!!!! ?

Aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten jedoch etwas beengt aber alles vorhanden wie man es von Deichmann gewohnt ist. Es gibt nicht nur die günstigen Eigenmarken sondern auch Markenschuhe zu z.T. reduziertem Preis. Parkplätze sind vor dem Laden oder in Tiefgarage vorhanden und kostenlos. Friendly nice cashier had and the selection was good. Due to the premises but a bit cramped but everything available as you would expect from Deichmann. There are not only the cheap own brands but also brand shoes to z.T. reduced price. Parking is available in front of the store or in the underground car park and free of charge.

Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter vor Ort ;-) Shoe shop also with XXL shoes (carry yourself 46-47). Very friendly nice staff. The shop is clean and tidy. Many thanks to the staff on site ;-)
